  7. i agree last person to touch that gasket/gromet put it in backwards - the conical section goes inside the cam cover (might get away with just swapping it back to the correct direction)

    Roll Cage!

you need a mandrel bender - home roll cages arent reall the go - get one made up and weld it yourself is better than trying to make one from scratch without the right equipment.

    Drop Tank

spare wheel wells in the skylines dont lend themselves to drop tanks, we have made and installed one into a sprinter but that was with cutting out the entire rear floor panel and starting again.

does it have to be a rolled cone dave or just needs to be conical? you can use a press brake and do alot of folds to curve the sheet around to what you need

  19. sanp on sell them seperately i was advised - need to make a call to get one for mine also - probably get a spare foam protector for the handle too
  20. should add the whole for the drivers door internal handle if they get made
  21. you can get the alloy wire for those small units - and no doubt there are those disposable gas canisters in Argon also - but then you need a new liner for the wire feed .... prob easier to buy one of those cheap AC TIG machines if you are going to try it.
  22. guess he wants his car to do a few different things. how i will be doing it on my 33 is to run a reinforcement plate attached to the frame work of the boot itself. then using spacers to the boot skin to run the bolts through. This simply spreads the load through the frame of the boot instead of the skin itself - wont be a light weight thing but 6mm alluminium should be sufficient if the plate is large enough.
  23. http://www.expressparts.com.au/proddetail.asp?prod=tialwgacc actually lists the clamps - but at $110 each ... other options would be to actually speak to a Tial re-seller im sure people like CAPA etc that on sell them would have spares or be able to get them.
  24. front - DBA 4963 rear - DBA 908
  25. the stripper could attack the dust boots is the main issue. here is the file needed to take to the sign writers to get the exact logo cut - in a format they can use http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/search/113925480/7241.html
