  1. yeah i've got some good shit for stripping powdercoat that would work, sand blasting puts alloy to an off white so i dont think that would go well with the mil jade
  2. hose them down and brush them now, then before painting - wash inside and out with prepsol, then proceed to paint.
  3. looks bead blasted, or walnut shelled. much shinier than garnet or AO comes up. as for that mesh, from the amount i have seen, they appear to be a single flat sheet of mesh folded back on itself and held in place with the steel wire, try removing the wire then stretch it open and degrease and scrub it, should clean up alright for you, then refold and lock back in place.
  4. there is a hose that enters the small coolant overflow from the bottom at the front, that hose should go to under your radiator cap. by "the coolant went right through it" i am assuming it just dumped onto the floor, so check that hose for a good fit. if the hose looks fine, then you somehow got a hole in your bottle
  5. if you got your whiteline price from whiteline, you might find the same product from a retailer for less. that was how it was a few years ago.
  6. i've done some powdercoating for the EVO6 brembo's in the red colour, these are cured at 400F constant temp rating for powdercoating is 110C with spikes to 500F handled. Really depends on how hard you are going at the track, but i think your brake fluids will be boiling close to these peak temps. need to rehost these pics for better quality, and the fronts are PRE clear and rears are CLEARED.
  7. my pfc reads constant 89C
  8. have you tried polishing it? dependiong on the resin your bonnet is made up of, it could be a build up, or the UV attacking the resin.
  9. lol try turning on the recirculation option on the AC control unit, that will close the vent to the outside and stop the air blowing.
  10. just be careful, while the higher rated jacks are bound to be safer for you, just check their minimum height, as a lot of the cheaper jacks cannot lift cars high enough to use them.
  11. hayes manual might have it - but for a 31, it might be easier to get a new harness if its cheap enough
  12. do a search for r32 speedo cable, there a plenty of both how to change and quick fixes for the 32 cable speedo 33 is electronic, but there has been a few threads on how they are converted over with navara cogs etc.
  13. i'll have to check my paperwork and call the rep again, i hope they havent gone up again
  14. they look good actually, well integrated into the bodywork.
  15. dont think the 33's have the low fluid level sender - most likely the handbrake wire earthing out under the lever (spare wire from turbo timers)
  16. more than likely air lifts, though normally people mount them inside the footwells.
  17. nice searching skills trubosmart products are usually good items, try it and see if it performs for you. bear in mind some do take a little adjusting if it is available.
  18. thats sweet. it could simply have a speed and tacho signal, and be programed to know the speed vs rpm ratio to indicate the current gear. is it wired to your ECU?
  19. i feel like i have just gone back in time 3 or 4 years lol its actually better than before - used to be 4 points for over 30 and 3 for over 15kph

  22. he has already cut the wire, therefore its earthing out and triggering the light.
