    you have to take them to get chromed or polished and to replace those big black pipes with alloy ones usually means an aftermarket intercooler kit.

    _K1NGTR_ start with the little things - remove and polish the throttle linkages paint teh CAS little bits and pieces til you get to the point of having to tear it all down to get the Plenum and twin turbbo pipes etc etc BUT!~!!!!! think of a theme and stick to it .. needs to all work together

    best bet with the RB26 covers is to remove the baffling under the covers (unscrews) then tap them out through the underside - incase you need them later this wont damage them

    Black CAS looks awesome Sean in that bay! if your keen one day - come around and i'll "chrome" coat that lower outlet pipe - should get it close to matching the twin turbo pipe.

    partly installed - damn greasy engine bay took forever to clean everything before putting stuff back on - decided to wrinkle black the cross over too

    pumps always seem louder in warm fuel over cool fuel - my external setup gets louder once the car warms up

    ouch JW0 is the paint code for Mil jade - much greener than that ^^ VZ commodore green is closer $56 a litre from the local protec paint supplier still looks nice mate!

    22 - Inside air sensor if that came up - then its either broken or unplugged never worked out what the sunload sensor does

    you'll have to split them - there is some how to's on here but basically some patience and a heat gun will get you there.. or slowly warm it up in the oven

    this should only happen when the air temp sensor behind the dash is unplugged or broken. mines removed atm, so it does the same thing, hot until you put it to 18 deg. do a search to check for error codes on the aircon, im sure there is a walkthrough that could confirm this for you.

    rb20det and rb25de share the same covers 25det - has its own 26dett - again its own still the Gasket themselves are the same , with having multiple sets of each cover at home i can confirm.

    i understand the costing factor of low production items, add that to the $100 is AN fittings and shes up there. very nice work though and design looks good. is it designed for a compliance fit?

    someone installed some 100DB horns - louder the better - ebay it. $90 or something

    i just got myself a kit for polishing glass i'll try it out soon and report back... kit is designed for either deep scratches (sanding style kit) and then a polishing kit i'll get some progress shots of how it turns out.
