  1. got a pic of your setup? hard to say without knowing where your piping is. R34 washer bottles are on teh passenger side near the air box arent they.
  2. so he did get the price will need to go chat to him, well worth it really, 5-6 pumps to full height, low profile and he's had that for years and years and its still fine and used more than we ever will. cheers Ben,
  3. i have been looking into these jacks and cant find anything available like the Blupoint/snap-on jack (like jamie has) thats long and low profile. keen on what happens here
  4. all i can suggest is to keep it subtle and tasteful. less is more, do something that will enhance the lines, and not for the sake of a picture on your car another thing, work a few ideas that you might like, then speak to your air brush artist etc to get their opinion, they are usually very artistic and will be able to improve on your design.
  5. he is talking about r33 GTR factory rims - very different to r33 gtst factory rims
  6. dont recall a green light on the dash cluster whats the picture in the light?
  7. is your issue the same as the initial post? if not, describe it in more detail.
  8. here you go http://www.mscn.com.au/scripts/prodList.asp?idCategory=99
  9. P plates suit it shan good luck i can see now why it'll be tricky to blend them.
  10. you need to clean them and try before you try to buy a new set. brake clean or thinners or diesel or a hot tank or anything that removes oil residue. GeeTR - rb26's baffles are screwed in anyway, so no need to grind rivets.
  11. i would not leave it out, soak the baffle in thinners then run water through it til your sure it has not got sand in it. its the main thing reducing the slosh of oil into the rear breather hoses, as there is no drain between the mesh and the breathers
  12. the RB26 i was working on today, its rail allowed a magnet to stick to it, so its not stainless or alloy. they can be painted or powdercoated though - heres on i've done
  13. poor dundan,
  14. im pretty sure the rail is stainless steel, so shouldnt need as much polishing as alluminium.
  15. go to a tyre place - ozzy tyres etc they usually do them for $50 a guard
  16. FYI removed the garnish today after heating the cover to over 100 degrees in my curing oven, anyone else should be able to use a heat gun and alot of patience..
  17. try your local industrial powdercoater, as in check yellow pages. panel shops will paint them, but not powdercoat them. have a chat to the powdercoaters you find, you might need to work out to get them blasted elsewhere then coated with them to be able to squeeze you in. (and hope they are doing a black run already) unfortunately i cant help you out as i dont do rims yet...
  18. yeah same unit i use. prob 60-80 grit garnet. i would think that at the 80psi it wont have any adverse effects on teh glass unless you sit in one spot for a long period of time.
  19. Roba - you know how far in teh injectors sit into the runners? i did see a post with pics regarding the injectors and how far recessed they are from the air path. your looking at up to 60psi of rail pressure, unless you injectors arent pointing directly into the air stream i dont see how it would dripple down to the inlet valves. have you checked that the injectors are perpendicular to the injector hole face?
  20. he didnt, pic from his other thread - top feed rail. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&id=144591 i dont think that the injectors being set back into the open in each runner would cost you 100kw from low atomisation.
  21. Few pics of the VCt setups i had saved from the original rb30det thread
  22. dont forget the "report a post" link in each post to advise a moderator of the post and the reason for reporting. As you can see under each sub section there are listed Moderators for that area. Moderators dont have access to everything. as for fog/driving lights the RTA website states that any light that has the ability to Dazzle oncoming traffic must not be used - same law used to stop neons, washer nozzle lights etc how many people like the use of REAR fog lights in normal conditions???????? same applies to the fronts.
  23. there are some pre made aftermarket ones available - Felixity69 in the rb30 subforum used one. i have seen customs made up, i would just baffle it to ensure that the feed to the pump is always covered in fluid, or you'll get major bleeding issues.
  24. Neil, is there a gel coat under the paint? oh and what type of blaster? what psi? what grit is the sand?
  25. mines does have a bit of one yes never seen it for sale though
