the climate control unit should have a vent somewhere to read the cabin temp, if that isnt plugged in, all they do is blow hot air until you turn it down to 18 deg. so turn it all the way down as cold as it can get with air con on, if only then you get cold air - check the cabin temp sensor is plugged in.

well i thought the blue grey 2 tone was only from series 1's but that combo is a standard one - check your build plate on the firewall for paint codes

if its glued on, try the hair dryer trick to soften it up, then try to remove it. not knowing what car you have, its hard to know more specifics

without a pic of the wheels, perhaps the sand and scotch brite combination flapper wheels will help sand and polish the lip. most tool shops should ahve them, and can be used on a drill or preferably on a die grinder

im still confused put the gate on the manifold and set it all for 20psi .. does it make and hold 20psi ? i can see you saying to want it to run as low as 5psi ... but why ? there is no benifit of a setup that can run 5 psi, since once you get it to run 5psi .. you'll need to upgrade the springs to get it closer to your target. im not having a go here, im just trying to suggest working for your target boost number OR power target and not well below it is the best approach.

definately not correctly in place there are 4 L like tabs along the top, they need to be slotted in first with the panel vertical, then swing the bottom up into place and connect the 4 or 5 screws into the dash and bonnet latch mount.

PICS !!!!! and you have made sure your AFM/MAF is connected? checked base pressure for fuel ?
