  2. your not getting lights on the dash, which means nothing is being controlled by the ECU.. is it still there? was it stripped when it was stolen? alarm in there anywhere that could be cutting the ignition signal?
  3. sounds like it has power, just not enough.... try jump starting it
  4. swapped down to the 0.87 rear housing, running the tial 38mm gate without a boost controller, steady 14psi from go to redline. starts around 3500 and all in by 4200 (road use only - no dyno run after rear housing change-yet) so that cut me down 800-900 rpm
  5. just for clarification, i use the minimum level of coolant as per instructions on the bottles.
  6. hoses from nissan, though most A/M places have silicon hoses for some replacements. Red or green, up to you and just mis it as per the bottles they come in. i use the least amount of coolant possible in the mix, as coolant doesnt make it cool better, just increases the boiling point of the water its mixed with.
  7. HB removed, rad fan removed, top and bottom timing belt covers removed, then unbolt. i would say max 2 hours plus the pump , new coolant, bleed out.
  8. hahaha oh dear. Cheers, might get some of the green compound bar and give that a shot. I am using the bar type compounds which seem to be reasonably hard. now to find some time to get back to it

  15. got a circular saw? as mentioned the alloy can clog a grinding disk, then over heat and (for want of a better word) explode. these flying parts can kill you, it has happened before. you could get yourself a drill powered Nippler, these will not warp either side of the cut so you dont waste material.
  16. yep the rustoleum trick seems to be widely used in the states now, think im gonna try it out with my shitter lancer, once i fix all the dents (every single panel is dented)
  17. ive been working on making these myself, have done a single washer bottle only one, still working on the best way to combine the catch can with the washer bottle
  18. i would suggest a high quality double sided tape over sikaflex
  19. you talking about the individual button leds? the grain of wheat ones? or the 2 main "auto" button lights?
  20. if the gtt's came with 2 white reverse lights, i would suggest a wreckers, then splice in the wiring into the other lights loom.
  21. Red rear light is a fog light - required for registration in europe thats why the GTR's have them that way.
