  1. you will need to chat to an engineer as to the requirements of the reinforcement of the wheel well. as for mounting the space saver under the car ... that might be an issue for height once you drop that wheel well down, im guessing your mounting the cell flush with the boot? so you'll need to drop it the 250 - 260 mm (approx 100mm lower than the std well im guessing) here are some pics of a summit cell in a 240z - curtesy of Hybridz.org
  2. first thing to notice is the sender units range "0 ohms empty, 90 ohms full" you will need to find a guage that runs in that range .. could try measuring the std guages ohm readings at full and empty to see if you can use the std guage. the tank has tabs for mounting, you will need to see if you can use an RHS or angle frame where the wheel well was if you are cutting that out and mounting under the car ... im not sure if the rules for Andra will require this to be enclosed in sheet metal or not... so you will need to investigate that.
  3. 5w wedge bulb same as dash lights
  4. what ecu are you running in that S13 chassis and the rb26? obviously a std GTR .. but why go SAFC instead of standalone r32 GTR pfc ? you want to get 400hp by only tweaking fuel? doesnt sound like it will make the most of your setup.
  5. In for crazy transplants latest one we are working on is a 1JZ into a sprinter ... only just makes it in for street engineering.

  11. make sure the heater isnt bypassed in the engine bay, this can be done when the heater core starts leaking.
  12. that suggestes that the gate or the flange that seperates them is leaking
  13. return for the VCT is the drain on the exhaust side of the head .. not too sure about that circled hole in your pic.
  14. 99% sure that the lower bolts on the water pump are covered by the lower timing belt cover. the lower cover cannot be removed without removing the harmonic balancer. so most of the belts need to come off anyway .. you could leave the timing belt on once verything else is removed if your careful not to smudge the gasket goo on the new pump as you install it
  15. I had my mechanic put in a grub screw in the vct oil feed. so yes you can do (though i havent assembled my rb30 this has worked for Majanals drift car)
  16. looks good. like the truck in the background too
  17. where are you located? have you tried your local tool box fabricators?
  18. the car is still a GTST on the rego .. so that will stop you driving it
  19. Bolt master in penrith will have them for sure.. they'll match length and thread type .. even get stainless and allen key etc etc etc ..
  20. no adpater required for GTST's both are 80mm direct fits... its only the Q45 AFM that needs an adapter R33 S2 is the 3 wire .. please see http://paulr33.skylinesaustralia.com - diagrams for wiring diagrams for AFM's
  21. powder coating the insides is possible, just difficult to get 100% coverage
  22. thats a strange issues since the small hose is the return from the rack. have you tried to bleed it by turning lock to lock 6- 7 times each way ?
  23. Bought myself some 600 - 800 and 1200 wet/dry paper on the way to work today .. give that a shot tonight and see how we go
  24. interesting placement of the BOV return pipe on the blue 33 (with the blue airbox) the RBx is exceptionally neat for a factory engine bay
