Yep that's the thread. I can't find any news reports on it at all. Heartbreaking to see such a lovely car used in that way.

Not sure if anyone else saw the news report on ten this morning, I can't seem to find a proper report anywhere. Anyway, the footage showed a very nice silver R33 with Work (Professor?) rims completely written off, with some stolen hifi gear by the side of the wreck. The roof had been removed, possibly to remove the driver and occupants.

i bin driving all day so won't be out.

i remember reading an old issue of wheels that discussed how that united boost98 was meant to be really good, and gave reasons. i'll see if i can dig it out.

it aint a line (except for the tail lights) but earlier in woden i spotted this corvette c5 convertible. i was driving so i couldn't get pix, but it was VERY nice: plates said "C5". i think nsw but could have been act i guess.

hang on, what does this plastic needle look like? when i remove my dash, all i see on the speedo cable is, well, the square end of the speedo cable...has my plastic needle fallen off? (the reason i as is that my speedo makes a clicking noise as i drive)

i get about 520ks to a tank, and it's not empty when i fill up. i use shell vpower. those are city k's, up/down hills etc. r32 gtr, mods: mines ecu, steel wheel turbos, turbo back exhaust, 550cc injectors, greddy oil management, trust air pods. i have a powerfc ready to go in. i reckon i could do better but my twin plate clutch means i have to give it some juice to move off the line. edit: 520 kms / 51 litres used = 9.8l/100kms.

yep, hairdryer worked for me. move it around the unit and then slowly work the whole thing off.

this won't affect it. you'll have to cop it sweet. i saw an infringement notice recently that had: - the wrong date - no signature - the wrong name - envelope had *stars* around the delivery address but the infringement notice was still binding.

a search will reveal this, GRKGTR if the 4wd light stays on, you probably have a problem with attesa. what car is this?

attesa is meant to take Nissan Power Steering Fluid Special according to the manual. i used ATF from repco (from memory) though I can't remember how much. I will check tonight.

cheers mate, some idea of the wiring would be just great - i have the space where the horn should go and i can see two or three black wires hanging in there doing nothing, but i have no idea which wires would connect up to a horn unit. i guess i'd like to fit up a falcon horn but i think i need to see which wires to use (i am such an electronics ditz). i can't find any of this in the workshop manual either. so yeh that'd be REALLY great deren, cheers!
