  1. fitted my z32 and nistune tonight, havent started it yet as its like mid night and my wife is sleeping. hopefully it runs in the morning as i need it. does anyone know if i have to remove the plennum to change the injectors?
  2. Just a note. 280z is the same too
  3. Ok il give them a call if I cant find one. I was hoping to have it running this weekend.
  4. It's all working fine now since I fixed the wiring. Now I just have to find a plug for my z32 afm. Is the 300zx and vl the only cars with the same plug?
  5. Se does have a sister but you don't want to know about her. It's great except now her car isn't quick enough . Yay time to mod her car o_O
  6. I think most Japanese made exhausts are pretty quiet unless it says otherwise, my hks is quieter then my wife's 2000 celica and her 2001 turbo beetle
  7. I rewired my walbro. Running pretty good now. And my z32 and injectors arived yesterday. Now just to find a vl in a wreckers somewhere.
  8. Bmx666, after fitting stagered offset wheels to my rs4s. I think we have same front/rear track, it's the auto that has a wider rear end then the front. I bought 18x8 +6 for the rear and +35 for the front then had to fit a 25mm spacer to the front just to fix it. And by my count. These wheels should fit depending on your height, I would do a test fit if you can. 19s would fill the c34 guards so well.
  9. Ok so my z32 afm turned up today with my 450cc injectors, now my list is competed . Now to wait for a tuner . Mr gts4 expect a pm
  10. I think it's just one of those random Nissan things. None of our cars act the same. Mine was always when ever I was driving slowly then went to over take it would only have 3psi as if it never had full boost from that start up sort if thing.
  11. Your theory is wrong for my car, I was constantly hitting boost cut and never had it drop below 10psi apart from when it ran out if puff at 4500 rpm when it crept down to 5psi
  12. I just unplugged the stock solenoid and put the boost t in it's place, just don't put it in backwards.
  13. Yep Dan is the best. Always great service.
  14. I have seriously done a 20m smoking skid and still don't look used. Stupid cheap tyres :@
  15. I thought gtr brakes all had 14mm bolts :S
  16. I used to have that problem, buy a boost control and remove the factory one. Its the ecu f**king up. I've got a turbosmart boost t on mine and havent had a problem since
  17. I'm doing the hard wire mod as I type this, hopefully it will sort it out. Xrated - that's a bit harsh to say letting my wife do it was a mistake, she has smaller hands and she has learnt a helll of a lot over the years. Let's see things she has done while I was at work, built a diff from 3 broken ones, 3 turbo swaps, 2 engine removals and 1 gearbox swap. And she wants to go do an auto ellecy apprentice ship so she can do ecu installs and tunes.
  18. Now I know that my mums camry isn't the slowest car in the world lmao.
  19. That's where the single cell cat wins over a decat pipe, unless your insurance does an emmisions test.
  20. Emissions test(all legal standards) goes by engine not chassis, afaik that's why you can't fit an engine older then the car.
  21. Ok that's easy enough. Thanks
  22. Does the fuel pump wiring come straight from the ecu? I can't find a fuse for it, maybe it's one of the ones that's worn off my fuse box but
  23. Comment removed, I miss read sorry
  24. Ok thanks, at the moment I have tyres that get flat spots when ever I park it and the tyre go cold, I get horrible vibrations unless I do a skid to warm them up, I might get some 245/45r18 and see how my speedo goes if/when I destroy these tyres just over a year and they still have the little spiky bits and not a slight bit of wear
  25. Some people on here just don't like the noise. I used to always run an atmo bov in my celica, and it worked fine because it was a map sensored ecu, with the Nissan stock ecus it runs an afm so they sometime stall, use more fuel and shoot more flames out the exhaust when you run an atmo bov, afaik running an atmo won't damage anything. If you do get an after market bov it will work aslong as the spring is strong enough to hold it shut at idle Edit- as big kev said. You can always just unplug the vacuum line and have it flutter instead.
