  1. it should be fairly obvious that the obvious troll is obviously trolling now fyi CA18S FTW
  2. if you liked it (n/a) you should have put an LS1 on it (i'm serious for N/A powaaah)
  3. well that sort of answers itself; it was a limited time deal, not a regular price. I have NEVER been able to buy something cheaper on ebay than PCCG / MSY / Scorptec
  4. I don't bother with constant CPU monitoring, but I generally have Core Temp installed. I use MSI afterburner for GFX overclocking / monitoring
  5. why two seperate CPU's?
  6. he's right though, xforce is overpriced chinese shit, and those varex mufflers are illegal. get a second hand JDM catback with twin mufflers (cause unrestricted N/As sound like aids)
  7. IPB so that I can spam SAU when on jobs Angry Birds Wikipedia Facebook Youtube
  8. that trailer looked AWESOME! pity the game probably won't
  9. hmm i'll be glad to see useless bullbars come off the front of passenger vehicles. TBH real 4WD's like Patrols, Landcruisers etc are generally in a different league from jacked up soccer mum buses (ie Territory etc)
  10. haha that's actually pretty cool. got vids?
  11. yeahnah, most of us in here have a fairly good idea where to get shit cheaply already and tbh unless it's some random part I can't get from there, PCCG nearly always ends up being the cheapest
  12. it is hard when the game stutters under seemingly lag free conditions every time you see an enemy.
  13. it's no surprise, and tbh I'd think you were hacking.
  14. nope you won't get data back from an RMA lol, it's a bloody expensive process anyway
  15. my bad, read black for green. I have 2 blacks in a stripe, it's pretty good, but you're having a laugh if you think it's anywhere near a raptor, or striped raptors for that matter, which are as fast as an SSD but with more space.
  16. nice overclock, pity you wasted it by putting your games on 5400rpm drives @_@
  17. oi play with me in bc2 div ya skippy poof
  18. you should put a 300zx motor in it
  19. well my first car was a V8 commode, ol VN SS was a piece of piss to maintain (apart from changing leads LOL), cheapish to run as a first year apprentice, big enough to have sex in, and sounded nice. Parts were cheap and I didn't care about buying some cheap ass OEM ripoff part from Bursons, knowning it was going to work just as well. Wouldn't dream of doing the same in a Jap car. My R32 has more comfortable seats, but the 'fun' of driving it gets diluted by my 70km commute every day. I like that in a Commodore you can pretty much turn your brain off when driving (esp in an auto) - whereas in my Skyline I'm rev matching gears cause the gearbox is notchy, and watching for it to not overboost etc, it's not as nice to just 'cruise around in' because it requires constant driver interaction. TBH when I can afford it, i'd probably get another V8 commodore for a work thrasher, and keep my R32 for the weekends. Agree with the points about mechanics and maintenence - around here you HAVE to do most of it yourself or with mates, as mechanics still have this 'jap crap' mentality when it comes to imports.
  20. LOL @ the suggestion to buy a mac. Bet the salespeople love seeing you walk in with the big SUCKER sticker stuck to your forehead. First of all, the OP is having a hardware issue, NOT a software / os one. Secondly, the f**king Imacs have the hard disk buried under the panel and right next to a bunch of hot componentry. I'd be a lot more paranoid about one of those failing than one in an external case or in a pc. The greens have been a tad problematic, I only use Caviar Blacks in my home box.
  21. thats what you get for playing such noobish games div
  22. haha because it's triple channel on the socket 1366, hence 6 or 12 gig. IMO if you're going anything under i7 950, then Sandy Bridge is the go for sure, especially if you don't plan to SLI. i7 2600k is the bomb atm
  23. hanging out on the oppurtunity to pre order here
  24. the first 12 years the game was being developed by 3DRealms.... Gearbox just stepped in and picked up the pieces when George Broussard drove the company into the ground. And yes Randy Pitchford who started Gearbox worked on Duke3D
  25. hahaha sheeeyat Loach, I remember playing the demo of that! Was good fun Play Supreme Commander 2 zoomed in really far maybe? lol
