  1. oops mybad lucky that the spelling nazis are seeing me rolling, they hatin, patrollin and tryin to catch me ridin dirty
  2. eps speak for yourself, the wasteland is the rolling planes, the rest of sau is teh shite
  3. on an unrelated note, damn that's good fitment for a commodore! lol. IMO 255/40/17 look better on a 9.5" rim than 235/45/17 (have run both sizes on mine). I'd likely go the 235 and get better quality rubber.
  4. must have been a fairly old one, as we have non standard video cards in our GX 745's and onwards (except for ones spec'd in stupid form factor casings, which need low profile cards lol) I've seen laptops as old as IBM R30's (Pentium 3 lol) come through our workbench still working reletively fine. About half of the 5-6 year old ACER desktops I'm selling either have hard drives die, capacitors burn out, or heatsink mounts fall off, with the chipset heatsink falling off inside the case. If it's not that, the CPU fan stops working, the overtemp function dosen't work and voila, fried processor!
  5. there may be a minority of Americans who do up their cars properly, but where do they hide? (apart from say Speedhunters)
  6. compaq's suck balls though. I just sold a bunch of 5 year old Dell D505's, they were still going strong apart from a few dead hard disks (Hitachi Deathstar FTL) and batteries. TBQH the older laptops seem to run better than old desktops, especially at the lower end of the scale.
  7. they don't have the battery life, portability or size of a netbook either. I found that when we briefly had a netbook it was brilliant for doing stuff like network diagnostics, wireless testing, data logging, auditing etc.
  8. I think it has something to do with the GT series trying to be a 'simulator', which IIRC is why they don't have destructible cars, you can't flip them etc
  9. yeah when you use say a Dell XPS or Alienware laptop with a RAID and SLI video cards, which has a max battery life of 47 minutes and weighs 10kg with bag and accessories, you start to wonder what's the point of it!
  10. what is a 'nut swinger'> btw when my cat was blocked I blew out an exhaust gasket, so obviously there's too much backpressure, also a silencer would be more restrictive even than an ECV, you do know that the OP is talking about those pissy little pea shooter pipes you fit in your cannon right?
  11. funny how every 'tuner' car that seems to make prominence has some huge arse Turbonetics or Holset turbo and stock coilys / brakes... didn't know you were an expert on US/Aus/JDM car culture (apart from your love of hellagay fitment)
  12. or you could just put the motor in another VL where it would be a numbers matching motor for some reason my R32 was registered in NSW with an RB25DET, and VicRoads had no probs when I changed it over? perhaps do it that way LOL
  13. stop being a fkn girl n bash it out. if you replace the whole thing with a straight bit of pipe, that is stupid. I've been through an EPA test station with mine bashed out, guy asked me if it was, I replied that I hadn't touched it since I bought the car. Who was to say it hadn't blown itself out of the exhaust?
  14. damn, does it have any good mods? I've noticed that yanks like their big single plain bearing turbos + no suspension mods LOL
  15. f**k off spammer
  16. though on the well covered test by hot 4's (i think?) the HKS mushroom filters sucked at both filtration and flow! The article recommended K&N, APEXi or 3A Racing (cheap arse brand)
  17. I didn't know that R33's were legal in Amerikkka, or did you get one of the few Motorex ones?
  18. cut roof off with angle grinder = instant cool
  19. woah try some line breaks n paragraphs there! don't the old R31 wagons have reclining rear seats? well my mate's does, it's an awesome shooting rig haha
  20. lolz I posted on the first page of this thread
  21. plus the fact that the HR31 looks like an XF with two doors removed
  22. that's probably the best thing for it
  23. trozzle: lost teh game brah bam bam, I can only say this in the politest fashion avalible but "show us ya f**ken tits ya f**ken mole"
  24. it should be pointed out that in Victoria they use civvie contractors, and now the cameras are integrated into the front bars of the cars and don't flash as brightly, so most of the time you have no idea until you get the fine in the mail or you're constantly scanning the sides of the road like everyone I know.
  25. the main problem with HPI is that if you buy regularly, and you get teh 3 for one issues all the time, you end up with 3 copies of the same backissues @_@
