  1. maybe I should stick some cards in my rear rims to see if I qualify as being 'hellaflush'. BTW, spacers: aids or acceptable? I know quite a few people who run them, my front rims sit in a little far (probably +35 not +22 like the rears), and people keep telling me to get them, but I always thought they were dangerous and for the gays.
  2. except for the fact that you're 38 times more likely to die on a motorbike
  3. kill the mechanic then yourself
  4. haha marc the entire 5-7 kilometres of my gf's street are like that, it's literally a single lane road with blind crests and corners, and wide shoulders. To make it even better, the turnoff is at the top of one of these crests. Given that 3 people have died in the previous 12 months due to road accidents within a kilometre radius of her place, you'd think that Mildura Council would be a bit more proactive about laying down a bit more bitumen. All they in fact do is occasionally fill the bigger pot holes in on the shoulder whilst using their time to make Sunraysia a 'casino free zone' and building bike hubs that no one uses.
  5. ah yes makes sense now, was kinda tired then lol, bumped it up to 650 before, didnt make a huuuge difference but will have another look at it
  6. kochie is a faggotron though
  7. getting an R32 I hope Brat81 ;p
  8. same applies for melbourne lolz Adelaide seems to be FULL of matte black drift cop spec S13s for some reason though..
  9. asking this should be an instant ban
  10. that sounds like the one Hypergear is offering tbqh well what do you mean Titz, are you just saying that the way the dump pipe flange is designed is the problem?
  11. I would if it was a tad closer ;p
  12. well everyone likes to have Jap stuff that no one else in Oz has
  13. what do you mean 'real' one, and what is the difference between this and the Hypergear one?
  14. there are silvia scenesters? LOL
  15. usually I tell Pettett to stop being mean and he lets me go
  16. i thought it was a URAS kit actually lol. Instant Gentleman is good on Celsior, not Silvia, TRA Kyoto is where it's at brah
  17. when you say setting max connections to 750, is that on the router itself? I usually just download one torrent at once, 1.5mb only stretches so far lol
  18. why would you run semi synthetic oil in a twin cam RB motor I thought that oil is meant to be brown when it comes out as evidence that it's cleaning the engine.
  19. zennon come to think of it, i think you're onto something buddy
  20. Stao, what if any are the differences between your GT3076 with your .82 rear and the Garrett original version? I realise you use a different exhaust housing and that it's a direct fit, but does the turbo have any less potential due to the compressor housing?
  21. the inside of an Nissan OEM filter look different to the Ryco Z145A at least, and in my car (going off the stock oil pressure gauge) the car runs slightly lower oil pressure with the OEM vs Ryco. They are about the same price anyway. Was thinking of getting one of those wanky magnetic collars to stick around it lol.
  22. on a related note, is it ok to use K&N filter cleaner on APEXi etc filters?
  23. didn't think of that possibility lol. Airbags are very in vogue with the 'minitruck' crowd here now, like 'lambo' doors, they are a bit fail for me.
  24. hmm my care came with pre made egg marks on one side had my VN egged once, right on the bonnet, I went truly mental at the wankers who did it ie I saw red and lost all control and tried to run them over. That was about 5 years ago, I don't get so worked up anymore lol, but carry a club lock in case anything turns nasty. The only near instance of vandalism I've had so far with the Skyline (touch wood), is a bunch of drunk abos just abusing me at random once at the lights, calling me a white cnt and throwing bottles (a common occurrence, and they tend to throw rocks off the railway bridge at the local cruising spot too), I quickly made sure there was no oncoming traffic and ran the red. Fark getting your car smashed up if you can avoid it. I tend to avoid groups of teenagers loitering near the road now, and always avoid parking my car for long periods and at supermarkets (much to the gf's chagrin lolz) I understand that in Melbourne that's a lot easier said than done though.
  25. tbqh the pace of hardware vs software development seems to be slowing down (thank god), my 2007 pc with incremental upgrades can still handle everything I throw at it! the main limitation will be the 3 gig ram limit with 32bit windows though.
