well tbqh you've got to get your news from more than one source and then synthesize the outcomes for yourself to get a realistic picture of what is happening in the world around you. the problem is that this is time consuming, and most people CBF.

ye I was under the impression that you were meant to buy certain MINES products to go with the ECU lol. What I'm getting at is the potential of a MINES map to be used on a Nistune ECU as a basemap until the owner has the chance to get it tuned properly.

Yeah I am quite intrigued by Nistune, I've been banging on about it to a couple of mates who were going to tread the same path as everyone else with their NEO motors and go PFC, which seems to me to be a bit overkill for a street motor. I have noticed that you and DrDrift seem to be the people in the know in Melbourne for them! Pity there's no R33 Rb25 Nistune avalible, the market would be cornered then IMO This also just crossed my mind - would it be possible to pull an image off a japanese tuning house ECU and then to put it onto a Z32 ECU running nistune? I'm also curious about how there is obviously variations in the JDM ecu's when it comes to how the original tune has been set (I've never seen a Kakimoto ECU before though!)

also bearing in mind that turbo cars don't need backpressure for a scavenging effect on the exhaust manifold like an N/A car does

Also after downloading tv eps and watching box sets I find that I just don't really have the patience to sit through the ads. Wish I still had my RB20 Mines ECU so I could sell it to some chump for $250 a mate had one on his RB20 NICS motor, oldest I've seen, worked an absolute treat for what it was. I've also seen a silvertop Impul ECU work tops on said motor. That's about the limit of my experiences with them, guess sometimes you just luck out with some that have been tuned for lower octane fuel properly. Do you charge a flat rate for an initial Nistune job Trent?

How do I have emotional bondage towards ACA? I loathe and detest muckracking sensationalist journalism that plays on the masses who are too slack or dumb to think critically about the "news" they are spoonfed on a daily basis, and then people quoting or adopting viewpoints presented by these sources without any independent thought process on their own. I like how you try and make out like it's all so clear cut and down the line without and further analysis or research of the situation. You surely are the prime audience for these kind of TV shows. I noticed how they didn't even have any real follow up on it last night apart from to do their usual attempt at ambushing the "guilty party" at their workplace, attempting to catch them off guard to trip themselves up, react with anger at having cameras and questions barked at them like they were on trial or attempt to flee after recognising that no matter what you say to these people it is edited so that you cannot win. You would also think that if they were seriously intent on just getting this guy into trouble for his alleged illegal activities they would have just forwarded the video and his plates to the police rather than try to generate drama with it. I will be interested to see whether Media Watch has anything to say about it. Whilst I agree with conservative attitudes about aboriginals (as does every white who has to live near them), the majority of his articles come off for lack of a better word as 'trolling'. Virtually nobody took John Laws seriously, but this guy gets people either whipped up against him of valiantly defending his "viewpoints". He's about as sincere as Kevin Rudd (ie not very).
