  1. Hi guys, I have a set of Piaa Rozza 2pc wheels. Staggered offset, which came off my 33 before I put the standard wheels back on. Didn't get info from the front wheels but rear is 17x9 +38. Asking $400 for the set. Tyres are roadworthy, 225 front 255 rear. If the price is unreasonable please refrain from keyboard warrior mentality and let me know straight out. Located in Sunshine, Victoria. Sean (0431236571).
  2. hey bozo.. not a cool comment re the 33 still hugs though
  3. As topic suggests, pref in Melbourne. Pic below: PST with price and location, thanks!

  5. If you are looking at raiding drives larger than 750gb with the ich fakeraid, you will run into problems with members dropping out. Unfortunately, you will need to look into a card and enterprise drives. With that kind of storage size it wont be a cheapish option anyway . Difference between desktop to enterprise drives is not only the higher grade assembly, but the response time to the controller eliminates member drop out.
  6. If a friend has a spare PSU lying around, give it a crack swapping it out. If not, could be power filtration on the board itself.
  7. if it is calendar based, you should be able to see the events in your calendar. task/flagged based; you could create some mailbox rules and run it throughout your mailbox, or alternatively create some search folders!
  8. if your going to use cad as a primary function, your looking at the wrong lineup of notebooks. div is on the mark, look for nvidia quadro powered notebooks. that type of notebook is generally called a "mobile workstation". anything over 15.6" is going to see the price range go up and over $5-6k, so if your budget is at $4k, might need to consider the screen. the resolution on most mobile workstations are higher than the gaming notebooks anyhow. ps: all the bickering over brands is lol. ultimately, its service you should look for in a notebook. unfortunately for the anti-apple tribes, they have the best service (apple). imo there is no difference in support from dell/hp/lenovo/toshiba, the only way youll get great service is with carepacks (that includes apple as well). asus have a slight advantage for people whom dont purchase carepacks, due to the amount of asustek service centres in australia (i think its 1/state). normally offer pickup/delivery to all metro areas and you can drop your notebook off at the centre. i dont know enough about dell in regards to whether they use authorised repair centres or have their own, but generally (in order): apple (combined; apple genius bar, authorised agents) asus (combined; asus service centre, authorised agents) toshiba (combined; toshiba mobilecare/procare, toshiba authorised service providers) samsung (combined; samsung service plaza, authorised agents) hp (authorised agents) lenovo (authorised agents) -- dell (?) anyway, gl! ps bozo: everything in our office is microsoft, but cant knock the osx environment for what most mac users operate in (or can you?? ). i cant navigate the osx ship like i can the windows/server ship, but the old man has a mac and i pissfart around with the ios4 sdk off of it; nice light os.
  9. you can look into http://www.wowwiki.com/World_of_Warcraft_f...onality_on_Wine but as bozo said, virtualbox or dual boot would be a better option. if you install windows first, ubuntu second, grub will auto populate windows onto the boot menu.
  10. misread the post.. nothing to say lol edit: have you checked out the o2 sensor? also, try a self-clean on the afm just incase :S good luck, sounds like a challenge
  11. Not too sure, they might have under cover cars in their fleet also?
  12. not too sure, if the vin is marked for viv it might require some extra effort. but if not, i couldnt see there being any delays. just need to have handy all the receipts to prove you own the car
  13. vicroads have a division that specifically deal with taxi's.. an old friend of mine used to work in that division, always had a new holden. no marking just small hint of lights etc.. could be? /shrug

  15. When you asked for his details, that was the response?? I thought they were required to give you that information upon request?? Request his incar under freedom of information also, if he has evidence, it would be in that footage.
  16. nah there were some of us still conversing out the front. saw you parking, getting out of the car and going in, then coming out and leaving lol
  17. literally happened to me 3wks ago on collins st. it was a shared zone, i saw the 1p but failed to see the loading zone. what confused me more was that there were 2 other parked cars in the same zone, so i put feedback through the melbourne city website asking for leniency, and received a letter almost immediately saying they acknowledge my plight, however pay us or die, and that the cars parked in that zone must have been commercial (admittedly one was a ute however the other was a wrx). just unlucky really, all i can say is be more careful next time (as will i!)
  18. extreme bad luck. if the resi is the lowest point just take it back to the exhaust shop and see what they can do. if everything else is aok then it should realistically only take 2 trips, one to the exhaust shop and the other to vicroads.
  19. a canary is a canary. two types - minor and major. i dont know any specifics since the hoon laws but generally the fine is for major, what does it say in specifics? should have a marker on minor/major and also what he found with the car at time of issue.
  20. if you are experiencing slow page loads and you know its loading an external site, just throw the domain into your blocked sites list (its in different locations but on all web browsers).
  21. LOL +1.. always find vortex 98 for her and fill up once a week. its never been low so i never worry about it
  22. 2 weeks ago i was driving from pt cook to the ring road at about 2am. from the distance i could see this car hiking in my rear vision, thought it was some idiot taking opportunity of the empty roads.. very quickly i realise hes approaching my rear incredibly fast, and im on 100 and in the middle lane. so, i move to the left, him also to my surprise. i know its a ve in my rear vision and think nothing of it, until his headlights were not visible in my rear vision. let off the accelerator and slowed to 90; eventually this numb nuts decides to slipstream past me on the right, and stops in line with the front of my car. noticed it was a wagon, and dismissed the chance it was a police officer (it was v8, i didnt know they had them in the fleet). until after about 500m of driving along side me, he puts the boot into it, and on the rear glass are his "hidden" lights. and off like a flash he went with another 2-3 cars following him. /shrug sounds like a typical bullies to me
  23. pretty sure the fog light loom is removed during compliance. doesn't stop anybody from rewiring them once the car is in their possession, just make sure they work in accordance with the law and you shouldn't have any dramas (i.e. via a separate switch rather than relay etc).
