Ive tested schools due to a friend that works for the EDU dep. They are getting much faster speeds than your average residential house as you would presuem. "Telstra Bigpond 8mb ADSL2" Thats ADSL1. ADSL2+ is rated to 24mbps, you may experience 8MB but if thats what your net is rated at then its ADSL1. Telstra lumps its High speed ADSL1 and ADSL2+ plans into "High Speed" so unless you talk to the activations department, you probably didnt choose.
