After coming back to the car and not being half asleep and 4am in the morning.. I'm feeling its fuel pump. Kicks over fine, can't hear the fuel pump when I turn the car on.. Pumps brand new so hopefully it's an easy fix

Car broke down this morning on the way to work. Lost power during gear change and wouldnt kick over again. Hoping its just a battery related issue and i can jump start it. Unfortunately due to having to get to work i had to ditch her on the ride of the road, walk back the 2kms to home and grab my daily

Morning dewds, Started work at 4:30am, knock off at 12:30 though. Home to change the plugs in the skyline, Starting to stutter and sound like a WRX on WOT, so hopefully its only the plugs i need to change

Speaking of slow cars i remember at powerplay in Feb there was a non-turbo N15 SSS pulsar hatch lapping around. was good for a laugh. DId you see the Mazda 3 hatch out there on saturday? think the plates were WINGY. Started talking some crap about skylines beings POS's coming into the back straight

yep, even me at 335rwkw stuggled against alot that was out there.. there was less "slow" cars there than previous events

btw that jw automotive R32 is an absolute weapon. Seen it at the past few powercruise events and spoken to the owner a few times. Serious piece of equipment. Built from scratch

Yep, A lot of very fast cars out there thats for sure. Would have to think of the $$ spent over all the vehicles.

yeah mate got up at 345aqm to get out there so was getting pretty tired. Plus i was getting pretty low on e85 so decided to call it a day during the powerskid comp. Started getting used to the car and the extra power in the second cruising session. Beat a couple of Mercury s GTR's which is always fun

Was a good day. As started in other threads. Bucket load of skylines and jap cars in general. A lot more than normal. Local manufacturers not as well represented as previous events. Favorite cars had to be r34gtr WHAT M8 from mercury and JW Automotives r32gtr that again took out the off street drags

Lots of skylines at Powerplay, definitely the biggest skyline respresentation at a powercruise event for some time

We left about 3-330 during the powerskids, was pretty good day. Mercury definitely had a big showing with customers and cars.

Thanks to all for help. I was raging hard last night after fishing around for 2hrs just for a barrel pump... All sorted and drum opened.. Time for skids tomorrow

3 screw drivers did the trick..

I can't get it undone. Apparently there is a proper tool but ppl open them with screwdrivers. I've tried a lot of tools even tried having two vertical screwdrivers and one horizontally between them to twist and it still won't budge. Anyone with tricks to the trade for this? Given up for tonight as I'm getting to frustrated. Also very cautious about using a hammer too move it a bit as I don't want to risk a fire bomb lol
