    I would definitely prefer a nice rare car with moderate power than a common car with big power. It all depends on what the cars and power level are really.

    Step one of Operation: Powerplay Prep begins today. Car is it getting a new exhaust today. As said a few posts up. Ive been running with a 3.5" dump plus screamer, going down to only a 3" system from the cat back. This isnt ideal on a 600hp car and think its long overdue for an upgrade. Ended up going with 3.5" straight through with a single tip muffler. Bye bye drift pipes

    Next big even locked in Powerplay Brisbane. Its on May 10th. Got a few mates together and we got a garage to make the day even better.. Got a few minor things to sort out on the car between now and then

    Its a matter of you get what you pay for.. Most guys in here are using the DBB option and paying over $2000 a turbo. I think it would be naive to a degree to expect to obtain the same results with a turbo half the price. Whilst I have no doubt their Journal Bearing option will still be ok, If i purchased one I wouldnt expect the same results as the DBB ones. R

    New radiator bought today. Car booked in for new exhaust Thursday. Unfortunately couldnt get the tip option i wanted

    VPW? Ive got a few quotes at the moment. A mate threw me onto a place this arvo in Slacks Creek who quoted me RRP $350 p/tyre. Other quote was slightly larger but included postage to my place

    Damn that pictures big. Current thoughts are MT Streets in 275/40r17

    Car is booked in Thursday for an Exhaust upgrade. Ended up going 3.5" to match the rest of the system. Decided against 4" at this stage to help with clearance levels etc under the car. I also picked up a 3bay alloy radiator. Also hunting around for a pair of these. Sill undecided of what spec to go with at this stage.
