  1. I also read this on FB yesterday. Here is a few pictures for people
  2. suck to be you lol
  3. Im currently running 1000cc injectors as well. First when 2000cc but tuner said they were too tall and made the fuel rail foul on the plazmaman plenum which sits stupidly high on stock runners with a 3L block
  4. Tell me about it. Mine is hardly working at 25psi.. Imagine putting another 7psi into yours. I bet you'll net a better return than my 438rwkw or very close to it. My initial tune made 381kw at 18psi. So yours is already ahead of that and ive got the larger turbo I think that shows there is something in the setup letting it down
  5. More spam for the collection
  6. I was aiming for high 600's, horsepower wise. But its a process i guess. There must be certain elements restricting the setup and its just a matter of tinkering and finding the best combo. What boost are you running through your 6266?
  7. I'm not going to lie I 100% stole Mat's engine bay look. It's not cheating if your in different states right? Mine will never be as well blacked out as his. I think you either go one way or the other. I really can't fault the 6466 yet. The main reason I went with it was all the good result people on sau were getting as I first leaned towards the 6262. About a week of thread trawling sorted that out
  8. Caboolture is still a 20min drive for me... I normally fill the car up plus 4-5 20L jerry cans Or I fill jerry cans and load up the daily and take them home
  9. Yeah caboolture only opened today or yesterday. Bald Hills is 35km from my place
  10. I wish I had your dilemma. It's 35km+ to my closest servo that has e85.
  11. Yeah mate still loving the overall combo I've got going on. Big disappointed with the overall power figure at this stage, but there is a few parts letting it down at the moment so it's alright. In regards to tyres, I'm currently using Nitto 555's in 275/40/17 with about 12-15psi in them. They aren't the best in truth, I really have to feather it out of second gear otherwise they just bake. Saving for some MT streets
  12. If I were you Peter I'd stick to United. The consistency they have is well known amongst e85 users. They always have a well controlled Ethanol content. Caltex has been knows to drop as low as 70% ethanol, this is a major issue if you dont have a flex sensor. Also its worth noting that the V8 Supercars this season have in fact ditched Sucrogen E85 in favour of United E85. The same we get from the bowser just "Controlled" tighter to make sure all teams are getting the exact same blend Either way you decide to go, its always best to get it tuned on the exact same fuel your going to run. Why tune on Caltex if its going to run United?
  13. Thanks Ty, Im glad people are still getting a good read of this. I enjoy going back every now and then and seeing where its come from. Hard to think this was just a stocker from Japan and my very first car! I'm glad your enjoying the front bar combo I've put together. Everything sort of just fell into place when I was bored at work one day googling away. Original plan was to keep it all white then iI test fitted it with the black lip and just loved it. Then the R33 sedan lights just top if off.
  14. Wow I totally misread what Peter was saying lol. I wouldnt want to chance it. Considering i gained 100-110hp changing from 98 to e85 with only 2-3psi more, there is no chance I'd risk running any fuel my car wasnt tuned to fun. Hell I didnt even like putting anything but BP Ultimate in my car before i went e85.. In regards to servo locations. I guess Brendale is closest then. But it is slightly north-er than Chermy
  15. I drive mine from Caboolture to QR quite often. It runs perfect. chews through a bit of fuel but thats expected
  16. Thought it was. Well yeah few hundred $$ for the sensor and you're all sweet. Though with E85 so close there's a fair chance it may never see pump98 again after the tune. But its good having that piece of mind that you "CAN" run 98 if you decide to
  17. Probably been mentioned a millions times, however I have a memory like a sieve
  18. I agree with you here. Give the motor a heap of KM's on pump98 then give it some e85 when run in has finished. WHat ECU is it again ? Can it be flex tuned
  19. New guards look good. The size of that gutter its parked on scares me though :-)
  20. Choosing a new shell is such a hard choice I reckon.
  21. Definitely getting a lot done lately mate
  22. gives you time to build the new engine right!. Possible even fully forge the bottom end?
  23. Then they be like what happened to the old one? hahahaha
