Now i was time to try it on the more difficult size with the major rust problem. Ive had this issue for sometime with this car and having rust on the edge of the wheel arch and have just pretty much ignored it through laziness. Obviously this is not something I recommend people doing when it comes to rust. I knew things had to get ugly before they got better so off i went. As soon as i started t hammer away the guard starting to crumble as i expected. Here is so pictures of it for those playing at home Here is the best i could make of them at this stage A this stage I'm just going to hit the rust patch with some white 2-pak paint until i can get it to a panel beater over the coming weeks. There is another Downshift meet at QR this sunday so it will be good to take it out to the track with the higher power output than last time I was there

So i attempted to roll my rear guards. Ive never tried it before and my rear guards already have some rust issues that i need to address so i though i might as well roll them and if i screw it up i needed to fix them anyway. First of all I put the car up on stands Then wheels came off and I got prepped with a mallet and a heat gun Once i had bashed in the lip a fair bit i was able to attach the roller and use it to move the lip Once i was happy with the lip i then started to push out the edge to pump the guards a bit. Here is some photos of the LH Rear and the lip work on the inside Here is a comparison the the RH guard before i hit it with the roller, bit of a difference

If i had no plates i might lol. Best to just not drive it much Funny you say that. they came to my house on Friday last week and they told me between 10am & 2pm. I had a work thing that morning and made sure I'd be home by 10am. Come 9:20am i got a call from their technician saying he was at my house and no ones there. You can never win lol

yeah ive gone to their website they have good gear and are priced to match.. At the moment I'm looking at second hand sets to buy and maybe refurb. How nice are these that JDM have up. looked at them a while back..

I do have a soft spot for the KF's, but only in a black or dark bronze colour

Everytime i ty andbuy something from Noel its already sold lol. Never holds onto things long that bloke. Im quite picky when it comes to wheels. Not many styles that i really like. Also Mike only has 3 spoke rims for sale lol EDIT See what i mean :-)

Morning all. Been trawling Yahoo Japan for some cool rims, however they are all like 8" wide.... Ghey!!

Damn sexy brakes they are too. If all works out with the employment situation like a plan then I will be taking them lol
