  1. Second line of first post gives details. http://www.tomei-p.co.jp/_2003web-catalogu...2_cam_RB25.html Reason for selling = change of plans!
  2. I x set of Tomei PonCams to suit ER34GTT - RB25DET(NEO) These are "SPEC B" cams (260 degree x 9.15) and are ideal for those GTT owners that have larger than normal turbos'. They are effective with standard turbo's also offering good gains throughout the rev range. They have travelled less than 4000 Klm and show no wear on the lobes. Exceptional value to the best offer over $850.00. These cams will not suit the older RB25 DET motors so unfortunately that rules out all R33 owners (unless you have upgraded to the R34 motor). They will not suit RB26 motors either. Cheers Muz
  3. Also You might like to try an oil cooler (if you don't already have one) as the oil that circulates thru the engine can also add to a latent heat build up in your engine block. The water then has to try and cool that as well. In JGTC now they are using angled radiator and intercooler to allow for more direct cooling of each surface. If you do get an oil cooler, do not mount it in front of the intercooler/ac condensor/radiator setup as you are just compounding the problem of the radiator (being last in line) having a much higher set of temps to cool. Cheers
  4. Tomei Cams and a nice Nismo scarf for those oh so cold days we get up here in the north!

  12. Hey Ninjus, The PFC is still at base tune? NO matter. A bloke called Dave Kreideman (Street Tec) is arranging for Martin Donnon to come to Cairns and conduct a couple of days of tuning and also to teach Dave the finer arts involved in tuning PFC's on the dyno. I have an R34 (with PFC) and have just had Dave do a road tune for me. Car is a hell of a lot smoother and doesn't belch greats big gobs of black smoke and unused fuel. While the tune is by no means perfect, it is certainly better than what I had before. Where abouts are you from and what are the details on your ride:-) Welcome to Paradise and the tuning scene is getting better in Cairns all the time. Cheers Murray
  13. And I imagine that most reputable auto stores would carry such an everyday item right???
  14. Is that the little bizzo on the back of the alternator?
  15. Well, attempted to blow the horn today (first time in this car) and nothing happened except battery light on dash is now illuminated and battery voltage is reading close to +16v when driving. Have checked all the fuses I can find and horns are wired up. Any suggestions? Other than take it to an auto electrician. I will do that tomorrow. thanks in advance Muz
  16. C'mon Bass don't keep us in suspense. We know you deliver a great product and we know you like it to be perfect (don't we all?) but can't we at least have a sneak of the prototype? Cheers Muz
  17. Hi all, Our tuning problems could be soon solved. I was talking with a local Cairns tuner recently and he has indicated that if the numbers warrant it, he will chip in to bring a really well known tuner of PFC's to Cairns for a couple of days. Part of the deal is that this well known tuner of PFC's will also give our man some first rate instruction as well. Any interested parties please feel free to contact me. I have already got my name down and other than having my R34 get well tuned, I have no other interest in this but we will need sufficient numbers to make a go of it. Between 6 and 10 people wanted and I believe that the price is going to be fairly reasonable as well. Cheers Muz PS. I have no connection with the business and or tuner.
  18. Offset is usually the last set of digits either stamped on the rim or on a sticky placard on the inside of the rim. (8.5x17x38) or something similar. Cheers Muz

  20. Manual!
  21. Done, check your pm
  22. Thanks mate, I take it you are referring to Cairns Dyno Tune. He knows even less about PFC's than SVS unfortunately. No sorry I'm not into street drags and the only Silver R33 I know of and have seen belongs to bloke. Always willing to chat though. Also AKAIK, mine is the only black R34 in town but if there is another one, I would like to meet him and compare notes. Cheers Muz
  23. Geez A/B, Sorry to hear about the wheels mate and yes I'm beginning to think that it is all in the tune. Checked the system out this morning on the way to work (via H/C) and all voltages appear to be where they should be so it has to be in the numbers. Oh for a decent PFC tuner up here. Getting to the point where I'm thinking about flying a tuner up from Brisbane just so he can coach our local tuner in the finer points of a PFC. PM'd the other reply to ya. Mick, I would be happy with anything over 300 around town. Cheers Muz
