sorry for bringing this thread up again guys but its doing my head in. I have replaced the coilpacks with super sparks and the car is giving off a pop between every single gear change. its an r33 4dr, 3 inch exhaust, pod filter,soon to be hdi front mount intercooler, and a megasonic blow off valve, yes its atmospheric. The pops happen no matter how fast or slow i go and just had it serviced 90000kms. Would really help if someone has the same problem. Could it be my AAC.

Not long ago i posted about my bonnet flipping up, i have had my car at the panel beaters for the last 4 weeks and i wanted the z tune bonnet on my r33 but the bonnet that they sent doesn't even fit the latch is wrong the sides don't sit flush and the bonnet has to be sent back can anyone reccomend a really good supplier for bonnets please I really want my car back before christmas, thanks

the funny thing is i actually checked it was clicked in and was flush with the guards, just think the latch didn't work properly but the guy that i went to his name is lenno purasmen {showgun motorsports}got right onto it for me. Just wondering what you guys think of the z tune bonnet.

thanks for the help fella's its going in for repairs on monday and its costing 1500 not to bad. Getting the z tune bonnet sprayed stock colour and getting the dents pulled out. At least the remodel will look a bit sportier was pissed but i have a scooter to travel on now hahaha, nothing compared to the turbo.

ok that really sucks i looked at the damage today it just buckled the roof but definatley need a new bonnet. not as bad as i thought, maybe i could just get the roof rolled back to shape it all just bent.

today i fitted new super spark coilpacks and went to test drive it tonight, yet did i know that my bonnet was going to flip right over the top of my car and smash my roof in so i really badly need a good skyline panel beater in perth. im am one of those people that really love my car but the shit keeps happening to me. im sick and tired of it. ill try to post picks later just to dissapointed at the moment.

yeah it is a manual i was told that by someone else i know thats going to be a expensive replacment. Any ideas were i could get a clutch from in perth

hi all just wonderinfg if anyone else has had this problem. I have a 1995 series 1.5 4dr and recently the revs on the car have gone hay wire, while driving the revs seem to be going up but the car is not pulling like usual. Really badly cant even keep up with traffic does it in all gears what could this be any help appreciatted.

ok well de cat is out of the picture maybe im just worried in my head. eventually might get stainless steel piping or something like that would a 3.5 " exhaust be a bad ideaor not.

Hi all today i just got a hi flow cat installed and i don't know wheather it was worth my money (430 dollars). I have a 3 " system on the r33 and a varex mufller, no resonator. Just wondering is there a way to make them louder or should i not be worried. Would like to know what you have weather it be flanges or straight through or stainless steel all help would be great cheers guys.

my car does the same and i haven't been able to find anyone that knows the problem so thanks for the info, and whats the best to replace the standard ones with. Also do you have to change anything else or just put them in, the problem is so annoying especially underground car parks pops like a b***H. Cheers scott

yeah i called vision r a number of times and the guy Wai said two weeks so i called him back and he said that he ordered a heap of them but greddy have stopped making them, or something like that but ill try mod your car if you know anywhere else just post it up cheers. sorry bout the wrong page

i left my lights on a while ago and i got my battery from super cheap auto and it was actually a battery that releases the gases through a small tube. It fits perfect in my car it was actually smaller than i thought but, i have a sledge hammer sub woofer and all mtx speakers and it pounds runs fine on the battery its a bosch european 11 plate cost around $200 from memory. more expensive one scotty boy

Today i was driving my car and when i put my foot on the clutch, it drops below the idle point and even stalls sometime tried to change the blow off valve back to stock didn't do much at all. And to top it off last friday, car window smashed and i had a stolen i pod, new window passenger, 220 for new window. Pricks but if anyone could help it would be great or recomend anyone to see close to midland area. cheers. scotty boy

na its all sweet now the mechanics that i go to found it. it was just wheel Bearing, but they said that they called nissan in osbourne park and that it was going to cost me 400 dollars because i had to order the hub as well. Anyway they did some research for me and just found the bearing s under 100 dollars so its all good now run s like a charm cheers guys, cheers scottyboy

cheers car is going in for a service tomorrow so it will be fixed. i didnt say that i didnt hit a curb i just don't remember doing it. anyway was told by my mechanic the same thanks for the reply cheers Scottyboy ps i wasn't drunk as i don't drink.

dont actually know what happened but its the front left and i dont think that it is the diff because it is only when i get to a little bit of a higher speed that the noise occurs. i might just have to get it checked out

Hi all Im only new to this as i just bought an r 33 gtst 4 door. But i put a set of blade rims from bob jane t-marts on and i ended up with a massive chunk taken out of the left front wheel. Tottaly stuffed had to buy a whole new rim cost 395 dollars real annoyed. Anyway when i drive it sounds like a deep whining noise around 50 to 60 ks maybe the axel is bent or just wondering if anyone would know about this. its only done 60,000 ks so nothing wrong with the engine. any help would be great cheers. scottyboy
