  1. My RB20det has no spark, I've checked the whole loom for continuity, the CAS has power etc. Just wondering what the output signal from the computer to the transistor (igniter) module should be? My workshop manual says 0.2-0.3V while cranking yet it's actually 2-3V... Does anyone know if my workshop manual is wrong or is my computer sending out the wrong voltage? I have a gtslink ecu in it.
  2. I have done some more work into finding out whats wrong, so far this is what i've found: Coil packs have power CAS has power There is continuity through the loom from the CAS to the computer to the transistor (ignition) pack to the coils During cranking the computer is putting out 2-3V to the transistor pack but the book says it should only be .2-.3V. Can anyone confirm if either of these values are correct?
  3. "You need to identify weather the the resistor is getting power, if not then work backwards Check the resistor, then check the wire you hooked up for the power, if there is still no power there check the power wire on the original loom and make sure its the correct wire" cheers, but the resistor pack for the injectors has power and the injectors are working, however it's the spark that i'm missing so i'm wondering about how to check the igniter/transistor pack wiring
  4. I have just finished wiring in my resistor pack for use with VR4 440cc injectors. I have fuel but no spark so i assume i've stuffed something up somewhere. The coil packs have power, how do check that the igniter (transistor) pack is getting/sending a signal? I am running a gtslink computer and the car was running fine before the injector upgrade. Cheers
