  1. Been eating 3 tins a day for years with no ill effects. Half dozen eggs each morning too Edit: We talking about the little 95g ones?
  2. Steak, chicken
  3. It's entirely possible haha sorry a bit off my game today. To upload images, host it using something like photobucket then copy the img tags into your post. If I've got it right here's an easy way to use the same light as stop/tail. (the single led represents all of yours) Just need the specs on the lights to figure out R1 and R2
  4. By specs I mean do you have a link to the unit, it will be easier to help then. Sorry I read your first post as only having one ring that you wanted to use for both park and brake. If you have two rings it will be easy as, you will probably need a resistor for the park lights. Need more info on the lights to figure it out though. Yep should be able to do that, provided everything else is sorted first. Disregard what I said about micro controllers and pwm if you have two rings per light
  5. Got the specs on the lights? A micro controller and PWM (pulse width modulation) can do what you want. But probably a bit too complicated for what your after
  6. I worked on a commodore that had a push button, to a second immobiliser I guess, under the carpet on the tunnel. It was a prick to find and get the car started even if you knew where it was.
  7. Sounds like a good day haha Yep fair enough
  8. Impressive, good job. Any videos of birds lifts?
  9. Ah good job then haha She should do well for her body weight. Good luck
  10. Seemingly angry post precedes successful lifts that were failed last time haha A thought on your training. 1rm's get more taxing the heavier the weight. Is this affecting your recovery?
  11. Saw a guy doing lat pull down with a belt last night..and gloves
  12. I don't wear pants ever unless its for work
  13. Haha doesn't bother me, but some people get worried if, god forbid, a drop of blood gets on the bar. Changed my training style a while back and these fit well into what I'm doing
  14. Don't have a problem when I'm doing normal deads. Doing rdls at the moment and it's more comfortable to keep it close. Think I might try socks
  15. You seem fairly knowledgeable in these areas rev, care to offer any insight on good ways to strengthen thoracic and shoulder girdle? On another note, how do you guys stop your legs from bleeding doing deads? Long socks?
  16. Thanks, that second video pretty much explained the problems I've been having with my hips
  17. Any of you had problems with butt wink? Think thats what im getting. What was the fix?
  18. Technique or just a weak point? Tried pause squats?
  19. What point in the squat are you failing?
  20. Weren't you aiming for a 120 dl sometime this year? You'll smash that
  21. Bananas are great
  22. Fair enough, I see your point. The back work comment was more directed at the guy trialing the program because unless I read wrong that's the only upper back work in there. Considering it was also assisted pull ups I'd hazard a guess that his thoracic strength isn't that great, it may not be bad, but not optimal
  23. Looks like that program needs more back work (my unprofessional opinion). Dajae, lots of people do squats and deads in the same session with no ill effects
  24. That's handy then since I'm not back squatting at the moment
