CHecked the ti exhaust tonight The size of the ti catback is a 3.5inch decat which then straight after goes into a 4inch straight through the front pipes are 6cm at the dumps and 7.5 at the collector when they go into the cat....

il have to check tomorrow night but memory i think its 3inch at the cat then swells to 3.5 inch right through....

where do you go to get that made up.... engineering place or do you need to go to a roll cage fabricator??

Hey Guys, have a 32 GTR track car with a bolt in cage out of Japan. Initially we have mounted the harness to the old seat belts mounts in the rear. The problem we are having is that they are near the ground and are creating an angle great then 45 degrees which is a no no with cams. The cage we have does not have a horiszontal bar across the back to mount the harnesses on how do people mount them???? Should i go see a fabriactor and see if they can make a bar... thoughts?? Josh

so should ibring it up against the handbrake or something?

well come out of the corner at 5000 rpm - boot it - spikes to just near the limiter all through the corner - once its straightish gains traction revs drop a bit then hit the limiter as it fish tails down the straight.....

i have -5 garrets there okay but a bit peaky for the street (there on my race car) go -7 you want response of the standards and power that will be around the 300rwkw. you want know yourself!!!

hey have a twin plate carbon clutch, ever since the install when letting it out i.e. taking off the thing shudders and carrys on like nothing else, is this just want twin carbons are like or is there something else really wrong here> thanks

tried a few practise launched today in the lead up to a few hill climbs coming up car is 32 gtr -303awkw -5 turbos -twin carbon clutch did a couple of launches around the 6500 mark but evertime i dropped the clutch the rears chirped for a milli second then took about 20m before the turbos came on boost in 1st. too me this is shitful with a car with this much power. whats the best way of building boost or whats the go in getting this thing off the line somewhere near boost!!!! thanks

hey tried to launch my gtr for the first time today in lead up to a few hill climbs coming up, the car is a 32 303awkw, -5 turbos twin carbon clutch tried a few launch at 6000 - 6500 rpm but when you dumped the clutch the revs just fell so far down the rears slipped a tiny tiny amount then it took about 20m for it to hook up on the turbos. shiful if you ask me. whats the best way of building up boost or something on the line so that when you drop it you atcaully are in the power zone...

Hey at a track day today with my GTR, its a 32 with 303 awkw and a twin plate carbon clutch pretty much brand new!, the problem i am having is coming out ouf corners the engine flars for quite a long time until it bites then it accelerates. it seems like the cluth is slipping but i find this impossible with a new clutch, could it be the transfer case, rear diff? The tourque split only goes up to around ten..this one has me stumped! THanks Josh

Well only did the front for the moment and wanted to see how they went.. the brakes themselves are just fanatstic, used to going through a set of pads in about 15-20 laps so these are so strong and wear so much better. Just a bit hard drving on the track with such a hard pedal especially in the wet, modulation is just a bitch!!! If i was to go for an afterarket pedal box would this do anything to change the feel or would that just move the travel of 1cm up and down the length of the pedal.....

Hey guys, installed the front 360mm front rotors with matching 6 pot ap racing brakes on the gtr a while ago but seems as its been in the workshop for so long only just got to use them. I didnt update the master cylinder at all... the problem i am having is that there is about 1cm of travel between the breaks been on fully and not on at all. The travel is right at the top and the pedal, and it is rock hard... i would have thought that as i didnt upgrade the master cylinder then it may have been the other way round as in a long pedal!!! any help please its a little hard to drive being so sensitive... thanks
