  1. there are a few cool features, like new PM's being displayed at the top of the page when you refresh while browsing however... Where the hell did the TRADER RATINGS Go!??!!? And the subscribed thread listwent, but i'm hoping that it just hasn't been restored yet. And i agree it's a lot harder to read than before. And not just the font size, but the layout too. I started the day trying to be optimistic, but nope i don't like it. Also PM space was chopped from 200 to 100 bugger, so i did a nice big cleanout of crap i'd had sitting there for a while. beh oh well...
  2. true - it is just wires
  3. adjusting toe on the rear is the same as the front. You should have plenty of adjustment in them  Once the lock bar's in place you will need to get a 4-wheel alignment and all should be fine.
  4. Chris @ Centreline (Thomastown)
  5. You're also going to need to know the sensor type and sensor numbers if the 03 Rolla isn't on the Apexi compatibility list. There's a bit more to it than just knowing the ECU pinout's and where the wires go. rox45s: If you do buy the SAFC from CRO_OOL make sure you get the settings from others who have installed one in the same model corolla as you have. PS good luck with the sale
  6. could you please post a pic of the engine bay. the other pic does not really show that much
  7. ^^^ great advice Whatever you do don't get ideas from this site. Check out the galleries j/k IMO subtle and tasteful works best. but at the end of the day it's your money and your car, so just enjoy your wheels. Michael
  8. Is the steering wheel / gear knob OEM? Could you please post pics as these are a good indication of wear. thanks, Michael
  9. How many units are available? is this an ongoing offer? Thanks, Michael
  10. just like this
  11. my thoughts: if it's a stock car you probably just ran out of breath - swap the exhaust at least and the filter for a high flow panel or a pod? how steep was the hill. if you were going up a fairly decent hill than you would've been putting more of a load on the engine than if you were cruising along a flat stretch of road.
  12. This was from a *very* long time ago: SAU Nickname: 46n2 Car Make and Model: R32 GTST Circuit Name: Qld Raceway, sprint circuit Lap time: 1:07.78 Modifications Engine:RB20DET Power: dyno'd at ~110rwkw a few months before before hitting the track Suspension: HKS non Adjustable coilovers, Front Hollow Swaybar Other Mods: None - stock right down to the exhaust Tyres: Ventus (cheapo rubber that came with rims) - useless with no grip Brakes: RB74 Front, rear standard, rotors standard
  13. lwells: it might not be your clutch. I had trouble not long after i got my HD put in a while back (with gears not engaging properly). I adjusted the clutch and now all is good it can be adjusted at the top of the clutch pedal inside the car. you just pop the pin out, and undo the bolts holding the master cylinder in (from the engine bay), and wind it in or out a little bit. Winding it out (ie - towards the drivers seat rather than the firewall) might help a bit. Anyway good luck Michael
  14. Does that apply to 32's which use a drum handbrake? if it's a drum, then it's not going to warp the rear rotors no?
  15. R33 rods are longer than R32's R33 rods fit S14 / S15 R32 GTR Caster Rods are different to GTST caster rods. I believe that 32GTR rods have a bend in them (not sure if this is the same for all model GTR's). 46n2

Well lads...they'tre painted and off to be moulded this afternoon They look great, better than I thought they would. There were a few delays with the painters, but we got there in the end. I'm still shopping around for a good price on the paint, so if you guys can recommend any painters please PM me Not long to go now Michael
  20. heehee exactly... so who's in? is anyone after some time off work?
  21. if all you want is something that counts then go to Jaycar and it'll cost you ~30bux...but it's obvious that timers aren't 'just' timer's nowadays
  22. type 1 does a lot more. I normally leave it on the Rev Display, which has a 2 stage shift light feature. also has top speed, and all the standard performance measures (1/4 mile, 0-100 etc). Check out the English manual. you should be able to find on @ HKS-USA
  23. go the HKS one. Much easier to use than the greddy one you need to press buttons together to access different features on the greddy one - it sucks.
  24. ....or we could all play SOCKET. Soccer rules, but everyone has a cricket bat which is used to belt the soccer ball around. Have the paramedics on stand-by
