they're easy to install, just take it slowly and be sure to run through the config BEFORE starting I have a near stock engine (pod and std exhaust at the time) with a bigger pump, and when I had mine tuned i saw ~20rwkw more, but obviously that varies between cars mine was running waaaayy too rich because of the pump, so the safc did the trick
I recently put an SAFC into my girlfriend's 180 (w/ CA18DET) and was none too difficult.
