  3. Sounds like the go, when are you planning to do this? I would love to see what it loks like done. I have a Nissan Skyline 350GT Six Speed, might tempt me. Last year I had a nice Skyline 350gt8 with full impul kit got it when I was in Japan had some engine work done it was alot quicker than my 6 Speed coupe had no idea what the d done to the engine but it was very quick. Anyway good luck keep us all updated
  4. OK do we need to confirm numbers and book a table, was going to bring couple of mates that have Nissan Skylines. Cheers Steve
  5. WOW, thats one for the books, does anyone know if this was just a one off, or was over several laps. Maybe they should put a "P" plater in the Nissan Skyline GTR see how they go. Impresive the Corvette though.
  6. There are alot of companies that just list dealers stock in Japan, the do not own the stock but they are listing other dealers stock on there site as there own. The only problem with this is that they might not beable to supply you with the car that you are looking at as is could be sold already. A broker is a good option because they source the car you want and its very up front process. They will deal with you from piont of purchase through to compliance/delivery. There are alot of good brokers that you would see on the differen forums around Australia that operate sound businesses. With my business I tend to buy a range of cars knowing that they are of good quality and popular models, I get Jevic inspects to certify the odometers. Check out www.ozcarimports.com we have a link there to explain JEVIC inspection. We also give good discounts for internet based inquiries. I you have any other general question I am more than happy to help you. Steve

  9. Ill be in nut I am over seas, I get back the morning of the 15th, Mawson Lakes. Jobs ON
  10. You could send it to NZ save on Duty and compliance. Just a thought. If your really dead keen I have a couple of big sheds I could store it for you.
  11. Nissan Skyline GTR What a car I want one, that last pic looks great. You have done a top job. Did they let you take it for a spin?? My business partner Luke lives in Nagoya, he drove one to the port about 6 weeks ago he said that they are crazy. Reckons that you pull out to pass on the Motorway and you are doing 200kms like you would normally be at 100kms, fast! Was being shipped to NZ, Anyway Nice work
  12. Nissan 350z MMMMM? Why dont you just get a 350gt Nissan Skyline?? I have seen some low Km Nissan 350gt 6 Speeds around for low 30,000 's Oh and there is another way to import 350z find someone in NZ who as owned one for a year. That might be easier than the Japanese option. Australia and New Zealanders fall under the same umbrella with the personal import law. But I still not sure why you dont get a Nissan 350 Gt Skyline???
  13. Sweet what did you pay for it?? Whats the Auto like in it? Still sweet? Can you come and tow me I have blown the clutch in my car!!! I wont tell you what kind of car I did it in, I am to embarrased!!! LOL
  14. That radio station is like Days of Our Lifes! Problem with these "C" grade celebraties is that they think ther life is so much important than anyone elses. Hence whats the big deal with child birth, there are people doing it everyday all over Adelaide, yeah and most of the population understand it does hurt, so why the hell keep going on about it. Why dont they get back to talking about real shit, like how gay they all really are! Broken shoulders are no fun either broke mine twice but loved the drugs!
  15. I have never heard of him where about is he based I an ask some of my friends see if they know him. What were you looking at importing?? Let me know should beable to help you out.
  16. Its out of control I have lost my Licence because of this stupid speed camera set up due to speed several time 76 in a 70 km zone etc etc. But a mate of mine has been done twice blow over .05 but not .08 and still has his licence. UMM that s road safety. Lets all get high and fly home!
  17. Hey there, I have owned a V35 Coupe 6 Speed and a 350gt8 Sedan in the last 18 months. The Coupe is great fun to drive, the back seats do fold down enough room to get golf clubs and a buggy in there, they are a great smooth car on the road, mine had after Nismo twin pipes and ad a geat sound to it. I got it when it had done only 10Kms on the clock it was a pleasure to drive and the power went striaht to the wheel, it has the traction control that was very usefula and savend me alot on tyres! I would say to be honest with you as I drive hard I had to replace the clutch at 25kms but apart from that the car was rock solid. I really like the sedan 350 GT8 because it was more relaxed to drive but the 8 speed gear box was really fun and to be honest it felt quicker than the coupe. The coupe had Brembos all the way around, you felt like you could stop 2 m before a corner when you wer tapped out in 3 gear that fun, sometimes I felt like the seat belt would brake I was driving that fast! lOL In Summing up the 350GT8 was a more practical everyday driver with plently of power , the coupe was fun to drive and it looked the part too. I am told that there is a twin turbo kit that can be fitted if you wished for a price of approx $4500. I have been told if you get a full exhaust system put on them they rev that fast and hard it feels like it has a turbo anyways. Good luck.
  18. Nick Thanks mate, how are you handling the transition from single to Twin Turbo and 2wd to 4wd? Do you still have a licence?? lol Cheers
