White 1997 Nissan Skyline R33 GTST. 5sp Manual Transmission. I am the only owner since importation in 2008. Imported at an odo reading of 90,619km. Currently reads 115,*** km. Timing belt has recently been changed, as per Nissan 100,000km recommendation. Modifications include: Full GTR body kit, including GTR spoiler 17" machined silver NISMO wheels Split Fire coil packs Front mounted intercooler Mushroom air filter Full 3" High flow exhaust Turbo Timer Pioneer CD tuner with iPod connectivity The car is in immaculate condition and runs really nicely. It has always been regularly serviced with genuine Nissan parts and top quality oil. Last service was only about 2 weeks ago (which included a full oil and filter change). NEVER been involved in ANY accidents. NEVER been involved in any drifts, races, or drags. NEVER been boosted beyond stock turbo pressure (7psi). Always run on BP Ultimate 98 Octane. So I've been trying to post my car up for sale in the WA For Sale section, but after waiting for almost a week since my initial post the thread is still not up. I understand that threads posted in this section require moderator approval before they become visible. Is my thread being denied? Have i failed to include some prerequisite in my post? (Mine is along similar lines to other threads, inc pics, price etc.) Sorry for the noobish question

Ive had my33 serviced at the Northside Nissan workshop for just over 3 years, but recently their service has been somewhat lack luster. Consequently, I have been looking for somewhere else to get my servicing/tuning done. Is there anywhere in particular the SAU community recommends? If so, why? Where do you get your Skyline serviced? Are you happy with the price/quality?

Hello SAUWA! I have recently been experiencing a very strange problem with my R33 (RB25DET) that has me at wit's end! After searching the forums and finding write-ups regarding similar issues, I thought I would post here for clarification. I am not a man of a mechanical background, and have little experience with these types of issues... During periods of low revs (such as circumventing speed humps, pulling up to park, pulling up to a traffic light etc) my car will often run very roughly, and will generally stall. This does not happen during all drives however, and quite often the car will run perfectly. During these 'rough' periods, the vehicle will idle highly irregularly... almost stalling, then revving on it's own accord (if it doesn't just flat out stall). I have uploaded a video via Youtube which depicts one such occasion of 'rough' idling. My engine is mostly stock, but I am however running a brand new set of split-fires. Any Ideas as to what problem is occurring here? Before I take the car into a professional mechanic I would just like to run it past the SAU community. Flooding? Dirty AAC? Vacuum leak? Battery? Any help/advice is deeply appreciated! Cheers!

Ive been tossing up importing an r33 or buying one privately. How much (roughly of course) would it run me in aussie dollars to get an r33 on the road, all costs included? How long does the import process usualy take? Cheers!
