  1. Here is the photo of the gauges I installed on mates car. I mounted them on the bottom where the radio would sit if that's any help.
  2. Maybe show us some pictures. I have fitted some defi's in single din slot above the radio before and they were a direct fit. It was on a gtst which shouldn't be any different. They were the 3 gauges in a row and single din.
  3. I left at 5am from Blanchetown and it was 1300 kms there and back and I got home at 7:30pm.
  4. Well that was a long drive today. I sold the waveblaster to a guy in Sydney and I just towed it to Hay NSW for him then drove home. If anyone has a skiboat they are selling soon let me know.
  5. You would have a dead short somewhere on one of those circuits. You could try disconnecting everything that is on that circuit and then put the fuse back in. Then start plugging things back in until the fuse blows. That will be able to tell you what is stuffed then just replace it. Don't put fuses 3 X the specified size. You could end up burning wires before you blow the fuse. With the fuse out you shouldn't be able to measure 12v across it. If none of that makes sense then you will need a auto electrician.
  6. Finally got myself a green tree python today. There not $10000 for a juvenile anymore. Like they used to be. Anyone else into reptiles?
  7. Also super cheap auto sell battery to chassis leads in different sizes
  8. Im going to have to miss this aswell. I have stuff at work that I cant get out of.
  9. I could be a maybe at this stage. It all depends on what happens at work tomorrow. I will put busy on my calendar so there are no last minute meetings. I will confirm after work tomorrow.

  11. I was reading the evc 4 manual. Also you should enter your car into AJD at glenelg this year. It's a good day out.
  12. I would of thought that you wouldn't need the restrictor. I was looking at another HKS boost controller and the diagram doesn't show it. Usually the nipples on the solenoid have there own restriction or they air in the air filter that goes to the manifold or return pipe. If you haven't got it sorted I would go back and read the install manual again. I think from memory you put the solenoid near your brake booster. Which going by the manual its to far from the actuator. The hoses should be as short as possible without going over 100cm. I could be wong on the above I was just going from what an earlier model says.
  13. R33's don't have a low level warning. Mine is the same as the picture. You wont find an extra plug.
  14. The ambient temp sensor is on top of the dash in the middle. But its most probably likely the rubber hose that senses inside temp has come off. It is the little window near your left knee under the dash. There should be a return pipe behind it.
  15. This will be the fourth year I will be entering my car. I will be cleaning it the night before. So I wont be able to make the cruise on Saturday night. There is always a few cruises on Sunday morning on the way in. Keep an eye out in the SA section for details.
  16. What a scum. I might ring them for a pranky . Or get today tonight to ring them.
  17. I would always use hose clamps or cable ties for the small hoses.
  18. If your AC is low on gas then it would be low on pressure also and stop the compressor from pumping. Unless your in line pressure switch is stuck on causing it to think the system is charged. What is the actual problem? Are you not getting cold air through the vents. It could be climate control related or the rubber tube that senses air temp under your dash might have come off.
  19. Lights should still work if they are direct fed from a battery source. They are not polarity dependant. So if there not working they must be fed from a Control Module that could be fried. You might have to get a multi meter out and start checking where the 12v goes into and where there should be an output. You might need a wiring diagram.
  20. It could be the brake switch behind your brake pedal has come loose and not making contact. It would be a problem somewhere there. If all fuses are ok it would be unlikely that the brake light globes would be blown at the same time.
  21. That sounds exactly like the scene in Back to the Future where Marty didn't take on the drag and reversed up the road instead. If he had of he would of hit a family. Glad you made the right decision.
  22. Should be able help you out this week. Just not to late in the day when it's hot
  23. I would get a boost spike on my boost controller if I set the gain to high. By the looks of it yours doesn't have gain. Maybe it has something to do with the speed sensor or throttle angle sensor. Try turning those settings down.
  24. Merry Christmas to all. I hope someone gets some Skyline parts under their tree unlike me . Its all about seeing my kids faces with their gifts from Santa. My kids are lucky we have a big family they get loaded up.
