  1. Here are a few pictures of my 1/5th scale.
  2. From what ive heard is that the NA r33 gts4 with the AWD gets the power down a lot easier on the dirt. Where the big powered cars just will spin. Ive been offered a drive to check this sport out. Sounds like fun. I just have to make time for a look.
  3. OK looks like I will have to hurry up and try the tv tuner. Seems to be some interest. It looks like a tidy unit from the outside. It also has powered antenna which the asuka didnt have. Will see if it has better reception than the asuka ones. Also has RCA leads supplied. Even has a nice remote. Will let you know how it went next week after I install it in my GTR.
  4. There is a guy named Shane that has A NA 4 door r33 that posts on hear I think his user name is dirt circuit

  10. WTB small cheap daily car. Can be 4cyl or below. Im looking at spending 1-2k. Must have aircon and a back seat. I'll consider most cars as long as its not an embarassment. P.M me Please
  11. I changed my NA gearbox to a turbo gearbox and had no differences in the speedo readings. So if the gearbox puts out the same ratrio then I think the dash should be the same if its turbo or not.
  12. I have a Carson Attack 1/5th scale. It has boost bottle, pod filter, power pipe. It rips up all the grass with the chunky tyres. I also have a smaller road car with nitrous engine at the moment it has conduit glued over some old wheels and drifts nicely only its a ford shell.
  13. Spotted myself driving the RBJETT GTR man that things a weapon. Thanks for the drive. Also spotted JMW in front of me cruising down Main nth rd
  14. The front strut wont fit like krishy was saying because of the plenum and the rear strut bar fits so I guess thats what Pierre has only the back one and not the front
  15. SOLD
  16. You most probably dont want to hook the camera through the front. You can have the front camera on all the time all you need is a 12 relay. Wire it up so that the core of the video lead goes to the relay on the common © to your screen. Then the core of each front and rear camera go on the NC and NO contact. Normally Closed for the front. Then join up the sheaths and solder and insulate. Wire a 12v+ from the reverse light to the coil of the rely and the otherside of coil goes to earth. So wired up this way the relay will just be sitting there putting front video through the contact. When you engage reverse it will energise the coil and swap the contact over to the reverse. And back again after going out of reverse. If you have A switch wire on your unit for the reverse camera it will swap to that chanel when 12v+ is applied. If its like my set up I just turn on av2 when I want to park and it automatically switches the screen when in reverse.
  17. Do you have a radiator?
  18. As title says Im after an M35 radiator if anyone has one can you PM me. Also Ill pay postage.
  19. Hi, You can do lots with your v35 there is a jap tv tuner in the boot passenger side with a VTR input for camera or aussie tv tuner. It then plays the music back through the bose. You can also get your screen language converted to english. You should do a search or browse in the v35 section there is lots of info
  20. The first picture with the relay removed shows a lot of tape above it has the relay been choped and wired in. It sounds like the ign and relay are in parallel. Which means there are 2 circuits feeding the CAS. The 5.0V should only be there when ign is on. Does the relay click when you plug it in or out. It starting to sound like that relay is wired wrong. Also looking at the r32 rb20det schematic it dosent show any relays for the CAS and oxy sensor where the R33 rb25det shows a relay that turns these on and off through the ign switch. Id take it back to where it was wired. You wouldnt of noticed the battery going flat until now because if it was healthy it would of drained down slowly. PM me if you still cant get it Im home tommorrow(Tuesday).
  21. I looked at a few schematics and there is an ignition relay on that circuit for the coilpacks. That blue relay could be for that. Saying that I would be taking the multimeter and checking most of your sensors. Start with a coilpack and see if there is a 12v supply on pins 2 & 3. Last 2 left to right looking at the plug dissconected. Also check AFM and oxy sensor, CAS, TPS all of these sensors are off the ignition circuit. They all shouldnt have 12v supply until the ign is on.
