  1. I can do that for free
  2. Anyone meeting at mawson lakes this morning?
  3. I had an auto ECU in my car for a while. I just had to short the neytral wire down to earth so that it wouldnt rev every time i passed neutral. If your going to do it properly just get a manual ecu and dash
  4. Unplug the wiring and then unbolt the fuel rial and remove the fuel lines and pull them out. A bit of fuel will spill out when disconnected. They just sit there held in by the fuel rail. You might have to remove the manifold if it is in the way. You will need to get the same size that is in there all ready. If you have aftermarket ones and you put stock ones back in without a tune it will run even more crap. Make sure the plugs for the wiring is the same. If they are aftermarket they could of been cut and modified. It's not a hard job but if you don't know much about engines I would give it to someone to fix.
  5. I might have a set in the shed or I could make a set then they are the right length
  6. I've signed up for a few events but I wouldnt say I'm the fastest either.
  7. Before I went out for the first time I went to watch it and see what the go was. When I got to actually go out I would just head for the middle of the corner with a bit of speed and then pull the hand brake on then turn into the corner. The car would start to slide the rear out. While I was putting the hand brake on I would have the clutch in getting the gear ready. Give it some revs and then remove hand brake and drop the clutch while turning opposite lock. I also hit the wall in last session but I had fun. Would love to do it again one day. You sound like you have got a good start with the car.
  8. P.S I got the plug adapters of Justin from Tuff Car Parts
  9. I just bought plug adapters so I could still use the old plugs if I ever got defected. The adapter plugs were like $8 each. It worked a treat. Also from memory the gold bit of the filter was as the top and filter went down into injector.
  10. I just checked the manual and the ECCS relay is closest to the door side and the ign relay is closest to the front of car in behind the kick panel
  11. There are a few 12V relays just above the ecu in the passenger kick panel. Can't remember if its the blue or brown one. You should here them click when you turn the ign on
  12. You lost me after during this phone call
  13. Try looking at fuse number 3. It feeds an ignition relay above the ECU that pulls in when the ignition is turned on and sends the 12V to the coil packs.
  14. The first picture numbers 2 & 3 are the turbo in and out 4 connects to the afm on front turbo and number 1 looks like intercooler piping. Dont know what number 6 is The last picture that y pipe connects to the bov pipe that runs along the radiator and then in front of drivers wheel
  15. I had to change the whole lights over. It is a bit of a wiring change to remove the ballasts.
  16. South Australians wouldn't even think of ding that.
  17. Get your brake light fixed. I went through 3 times until I passed and I had the nismo led brake lights on and was never a problem.
  18. Or if your up North try Vince from Import Compliance Centre
  19. I always wanted a Bayside blue R34 GTR but I couldn't afford it at the time so I got this Tommy Kaira RL It is going to be a keeper
  20. I knew you were getting the job the other company have had to many incidents so they have been put on notice, I even showed them my old calendar with your car in it. I asked them to bring you along.
  21. ^^^^ That would help if it didn't work at all. The light does come on so that proves the circuit is working and the contacts will be clean. If the contacts were dirty then you would have no light at all Wiring diagram.doc Hope this helps does it turn off once the car is started or the key is in. I still believe its the entry control unit There will a constant 12v on one side of the globe and the control unit will supply the other side with a negative via the doors which has to go through the C/U
  22. It's not switching I enjoy doing that. It is running some 300mm xlpe around site in 600 deep trenches.
  23. Hey Matty T if Electel win the job at Para sub to do for me I said that you have to be there. I want to see you work.
  24. About 10 seconds. I will look at a wiring diagram and see what I can find. It could be high resistance across your door switch or the control module.
  25. Until it turns off
