today i wanted to move my car out of the garage so i just did the usual turn car on and this is what happens. any ideas? im pretty sure the battery isnt low... Also makes a ticking noise and then hazards start flashing.

no there is a manual up/down button, however it does go down automatically after 80-100 kph or something like that.

Well i have a 1989 r32 gts which has an electronic front lowering lip except it doesnt lower!!!. Its quite strange because when i press the down button i can hear some mechanical crap going on but its not actually lowering. Today i discovered that if i unplug the left side hydralic you cant hear anything going on at all where as if i unplug the right side you can still hear the left. So im assuming the left side wants to do something but the right is buggered. Could it be the electrics or the actual hydraulic motor thingo. Has this happened to anyone?? Cheers.
