for sale: buddy club p1, 17 inch unsure of width or offset sitting in the shed for years now, re-painted them when tyres wore out never put them back on greyish colour, some gutter rash but cant notice it since repaint, couple of slight buckles but nothing serious i drove on them for months no tyres $400ono call or txt tim 0449753595

Ok so story goes Saturday night I get pulled over because my headlight was out. I leave and about 50m down the road some guy is walking in the middle of the road I go to the other side of the road to miss him and as I drive past this guy kicks my car Dented the rear quarter panel and scratch the door and quarter panel. I did a u-turn and got the cops that just pulled me over to nab him. Did reports etc etc Got a quote today for $1000 to fix the damage Now the thing is I know its going to take a very long time to get any money out of him and I'am currently trying to sell the car I dont have $1000 to fix the damage So my question is if I sell the car now for less would i be able to get compensation for a loss of value to the car or something similar

i think the major think alot of people might be wondering is, is this an SkylinesAustralia.com club or a private club with its own name, i, just like many other am a user who does not post much but does follow things like this IMHO if this is a club that is not being associated with SAU it shouldn't be organised on this forum, again this is in my honest opinion if this club is infact going to be SAU:SA i would be much more inclined to join and participate but the way i'am reading it at the moment it is just a few peopel who want to start an independent club and that is not very inviting to SAU users who do not actually attend cruses etc i would be interested in joining if this is SAU:SA and it would mainly be so i can attend track days
