Spotted Maroon R33 GTST with white go-fast bit stickers down the side this morning on the monaro leaving tuggers to city around 9.45ish? am also spotted green stagea comming out of fisher onto hindmarsh drive last night close to 11pm, maybe driven by a small asian guy but being asian myself my eyes aren't the best (anyone watched drawn together last week? pretty funny)

Spotted blue BNR32 outside woden cinemas last night around 7ish. looks good, pretty stock blue R32 GTR with gunmetal buddy club P1's exhuast and I think aftermarket side skirts. anyone here? I think the plate was YED-42R and I think I got a wave from Ceffie but only noticed it on the last second as it drove past.

I have LTSJayce's exhaust still attached to my R32 GTR, you might want to PM him to see if he wants to sell it. Have to admit it's very quiet compared to the 3.5 inch one I had on before.

Hmm, really have to say, that's not my taste, even an evo bonnet would of been better than a scoop. has anyone noticed how many EVO's are in canberra? been spotting heaps of 6's and 9's around.

Whoops, that was a TYPO. I meant to say 90 as I got defecteded at 93.6db at 3,200 RPM in the past. But I don't really like that qoute. 'Get used to it. You own an import, They have the power. ' It's just like saying, get uses to it, your a muslim and they have a power in a christian society. Just because a couple of people give your group a bad name, it doesn't mean you should get discriminated against. It's probably not the best example. but I'm sure everyone gets the idea. Religion just like owning an import is a choice and you shouldn't be picked on because of stereo typing.

Spotted a Low200 look alike on the weekend, same kitted S14A but had black bonnet and boot. Thought it was Low200 and was about to give a wave, but the asian guy driving the car didn't look like a happy camper. also spotted a R33 GTR on marcus clarke street in the wee hours this morning.

Was away from the computer for awhile and just caught this thread. I like to set low standards and tell the gf I don't celebrate Valentines day but say it's a good excuse to go out and eat something nice. So for me just went to a nice dinner and surprised her with a $3 toy rose (one of those 20cm toy one that looks sort of like a mace) from Go-Lo's As for the pine-apple juice, don't you have to start drinking it at least a month in advance? oh, congradulations to all the engagments.

Actually I had alittle problem back on Summernats weekend. I was heading out of Canberra to Sydney and there were heaps of police facing the traffic looking for modified cars comming into Canberra. One of these police cars noticed me going the other way and did a big u-turn, chased me down, pulled me over and told me it was a random vehicle inspection. Now, I wasn't speeding, car didn't look too modified. The police asked alot of questions about my car and I told him that I recently went over the pitts, and that it wasn't too low and was 95DB at 3000RPM. but he still defected me and said that it needed the orginal exhuast. Could of argued but would of copped a fine and defect other than just the defect. Goulbourn police as definately not the nicest of police that I know of.

OK, this is really ticking me off recently. I go up to Sydney every weekend and every Sunday night I get 1 annoying person that likes to follow me with the lights shining straight into my cabin. The week before, I over take a Large 4WD, then he speeds up to follow me lights blaring. after around 20K's I get annoyed and speed up. he also speeds up, another 20K's later and a nice stretch of straight road with no one infront of me, I acclerate and make a good distant between me and the 4WD and slow down again. Happily driving along. the then said 4WD catches up to me and sits on my tail again. That was the last straw. I slowed to 100, he still sat on my tail and refuse to over take. I slowed to 90 and he still sat there. finally slowing to 80 he over took. For revenge I sat on his tail for the next 100K's until he took the goulbourn turn off. But I doubt my lights are anywhere as annoying as his lights to me. Then this weekend that just past. Red Peugeot 206 with bloody bright driving lights (brighter than high beams) followed me and sat on my tail. Again refused to over take when I slowed down. I speed up to get away from him and he decides it's a race. at least he finally over takes me. so after I'm behind him I switch on my high beams for 1 minutes to see how he liked it. I think he got the idea and speed off. What is it with people that just constantily just follow someone? is it so they don't have to concerntrate as much? I personally wished I was the only one of the road and focus on the actualy white lines rather than another car. anyway, end rant. at least this weekend i'm staying in Canberra.

I have 2 cars with white rims and have to admit they are hard to keep clean, definately don't use bendix ultimate if you want to keep your wheels clean, the have a huge amount of brake dust. Saying that, I don't mind the gold AVS, but a darker gold would be better.

Spotted White Stagea series 2 driving quite fast on athollon drive YEA-89Y, or something similar. I made way for him to past me but he got held up in traffic anyway. Was trying to make eye contact for a wave, but seemed pretty focused. I was in the loud orange FTO. anyone here? unfortunately 'no', I have ran into other problems, I purchased second hand R32 GTR BOV's only to find that I did have them still on after all, but they have replaced the intercooler hose to accept my HKS super BOV. so now I have to work out a way to remove the the HKS BOV and plug the holes or make/find a replacement intercooler hose for the stock BOV's. also jsut realized my front tyres are gone again. as much I liked the hankook RS-02 the wear rate of 180 is damn fast. and I think I need adjustable arms to correct my chamber seriously GTR's are expensive to keep. I will let you know when I finish with the exhuast, only problem was that it doesn't have the plug to put in the exhuast temp sensor in the cat, but it sure is damn quiet compared to a 3.5". thanks again for that. I'm just going to let the defect date pass and rego it in canberra after I get the other stuff sorted. cheers

Hey I see that Melissa every so often at work, she drives that kitted up black prelude with the cracked front bar. Used to be a highlight going to my Friday meetings walking past her desk. Too bad she moved to another section recently. If she had more normal eyebrows she would get an extra 5 points.

Thanks to Jayce and Richard I am currently the holder of the magic stock R32 exhaust. Hopefully I will have no problems with it getting cleared of defects and changing to canberra rego. thanks guys for the help.

Yer, that's the problem, it's still registered in NSW, I haven't had time to change it to ACT rego yet. And when I got defected by ACT police they said that, the defect gets transfered to NSW. hmm, don't know if 2007 is looking to be a good year or not

Hi Guys, got defected again over the weekend. I pasted my last defect quite easily since it was a ACT defect. But I got defected in NSW and they didn't like some of my stuff. anyway, please PM me if you have any of these spare, to lend or even sell. Stock R32 GTR Airbox (being secure was not good enough) Stock R32 GTR Exhaust (Exhaust too low, I don't think it is) Stock R32 GTR BOV (I have non-pump-back ones, understandable) any help would be great, I have 21 days to clear the defect. time to troll the for sale section now. cheers

Late Spots. Spotted TeeJay1600 on thursday night at braddon servo. great combo, black car with black rims. that's my next favourite after white car with white rims. also spotted XAA-108 on northbourne on thursday night aswell. got a wave. damn those rims have huge dish. what rims are they? also got defected while leaving canberra on friday. heaps of police on the road facing traffic towards canberra for summernats. But one of the Golbourn police decided to be pick on me. Pasted him doing 110, he was facing the other way in an unmarked xr8. he did a u-turn, went after me and pulled me over and said it was a random car inspection. anyway, need some parts now. I'll post in the parts needed section. Hope no one else got defeted over the weekend.
