I had the same problem with mine, i got that pissed off with it that i pulled half the dash out trying to figure out where it was coming from. Anyway if u look up behind the dash above the coin tray ull see a white box. it unclips pretty easy, unplug the plug and pull the white box out. Here comes the fun getting into the box. They dont open easily so u might have to prise it open with a screw driver or cut it open with a hack saw. inside ull see a silver colour speaker type thingy. Get ur screw driver and rip the guts out of it. and the plug it back in and clip it back on that way everything still works and it will get rid of that anoying binging sound. YAY

go to bunnings and ask for some "liquid hammer heavy duty concrete remover". it comes in a small spray bottle. If they dont have it there go to a concreters warehouse. This will not hurt ur paint. I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago. just spray it on and wait a few minutes then hose it off. Dont use CLR it will eat your paint an if u have any dramas let me know. Im trying to find out some part numbers as we speak on the tein range. Aparently the gt wagon has been discontinued and the are replacing it with the superflex wagon. as soon as i get some part number ill post it up.

Im running the factory Series 2 RS Four S 17inch rims on mine and it recomends that u run 225/50/17's which is written inside the drivers door. So if ur running 18's you should be using 40series. Another thing uve got to watch out for that caught me out is the space saver spare tyre in the boot. When i bought my stagea, i was the first person to own it in australia and it had 225/40/17's and i got a flat so i had to put on my space saver and that was 60 series 16inch which was designed to go with the specified 50 series 17inch which through my attesa system way out of wack and it was reading on the torque gauge that front torque was being applied all the time. Not good for the attesa system. Something to keep in mind anyway when ur trying to decide what size tyres to go with!!!!

Im just about to buy my second set of tein coilovers for my series 2 RS Four S. The first set i bought were tein super wagons and they were the second best set they make. They were excelent and fully adjustable so u can adjust them to any driving condition. Im selling them to a mate for near the same price i Bought them for and upgrading to the gt wagon. There is 3 different types of tein coilovers for the stagea, The basic wagon, super wagon and gt wagon. Im purchasing them from nengun.com. Have a look if ur interested.

how much for the panels to be posted to melbourne and also would u seperate the back boot door. i am after the carpet panel in the boot as i want to put speakers in. If this is available how much is it going to cost to get all of it to me?

Do u have the drivers side weather shield above the drivers and passenger window. Will pay top dollar if u have? and also the grey carpet panels attached to the back of the rear seats. I want to put an amp in but dont want to damage mine until i can get another set.

stock apart from pod and splitfire coil packs. I wouldnt mind sorting out this miss that its got on idle somtimes. Might try o2 sensor and new injectors cause my afm looks spotless. Can u get the injectors cleaned or checked?

I think my stagea is down on power. I put it on the dyno and i only got 110kw at all 4's and i think its supposed to be around 130kw and ive also noticed that it doesnt idle smooth sometimes. It feels as though its missing. It has brand new splitfire coilpacks and platinum plugs gapped to 0.8 and its holding boost pressure and drives smooth. Can anyone help?

Just wondering if anyone has done the r34 front end conversion as i would like to do it to mine. Does it simply just bolt on or is it alot of stuffing round? and which front end works and looks better r34gtr or just r34?. any help on this would be good. O and how much would i be looking at, at a guess 4 an r34 front?

I heard that there was a nismo version of the 260rs which apparently there was only 200 made. can anyone conferm this?

Thats all im running in mine. A 3inch r33 xforce front pipe and 3 inch high flow cat and the standard 2.5inch cat back system. Ull notice a slight power gain and it wont do any harm.

If you want a good set of coil overs go with tein, ive got them in my stagea. Awsome handling and fully ajdustable to suit anybodys needs got mine from nengun.com for 1650 deliverd

I have a series 2 with zenon headlights and about a week ago my headlight changed from a bright clear light to a pink dull colour. 2 days ago it started to flicker and then it blew. So i pulled out the globe and it was broken. I went into autobarn this afternoon and priced one. because it was a philips brand globe the dude rang philips direct. I was thinking it was going to be around 150 each. He said ud better take a seat and he told me what they r worth. I nearly fell over. $404 each or he can do 2 for $660. Bloody bullshit. Anyone know where i can get one a bit cheaper? Any help would be good Thanks

Ive heard stu talking about you a fair bit. He did alot of work for me on my vl. Rb25 conversion, he wired in my haltech and rebuilt my engine 4 me and got it all going. Good bloke!!!! My name is Stuart to. Anyway tell us about ur stagea? Mines only standard yet ba a pod fliter. Should have a few more basic mods by the end of year, new tein gt wagon adjustable coilovers, front mount, front pipe and high flow cat. Cant wait to get a good ecu and wind the boost up, pretty slugish standard.

Can anyone else confirm this?
