I was watching discovery channel one time about making a car bullet proof/hijack proof/bomb proof etc etc. They had like self sealing fuel tank, self sealing tires, bullet proof glass/doors, all this crazy stuff and they also made the door handles shock whoever tried to open them when the car is running/driving/whatever. But of course, this was a government vehicle. Just get a quick release steering wheel, once they see there is no wheel, would they even bother trying to get in? But I suppose these are defectable...
