hahaha on Kahli's cruise a few cars had a couple of boxes of donuts in them...

Hell you guys are being harsh. My step brother goes to an expensive school (although we're not rich) and every day he comes home saying things like 'One of my mates just got a DB9' or 'Jonno got a brand new WRX, fully worked' or something along these lines. One thing we've learned from this is not to complain, because its just a total waste of time. You can winge and wine all you want but is that going to convince their parents? I think not. I'm not far from buying my own skyline, with minimal help from parents. Most of the money is mine except for some inheritance money and a small loan (not just giving me money) from Dad. I bought my previous car on my own, spent all my own money fixing and running it, parents didn't spend a cent and yeah, I did appreciate it, but this isn't to say if they bought me a car I wouldn't appreciate it. If they have the money, and think the kid will appreciate it, why not? I just want to get my car now

Sorry he's got a HKS tip and a head unit, thats it. We didn't 1go by the city though.
-
Nah doubt it was my mate Steve, his is stock, wouldn't have been in the city and doesn't drive on the limiter, lol.

Was with my friends last night (kahli in R32 and Mike stock black R34). Saw a R31 RS, black with grey bottom and black Drift Teks, got stuck in the car wash at BP Brighton, also with a red one. Then some dark Green Commodore shot a red light going waaaaaaaay too fast and almost took us out. Kahli followed it and called the cops.
-
Meh whatever. Probably a good idea, I was gonna rely on Mike anyway haha. Together we can do anything...
-
Come on Damo, don't hold a grudge. I'm not a fan of the style of rims you had...be happy you didn't buy them, but even if you did, it's your car so I'll stfu now. Kahli, you're making my chocie very difficult! I love being in your car haha. This weekend: coilovers!
-
Went for a drive in this car tonight, that little 8" (or 10") sub makes a hell of a lot of noise. Kahli, coilovers, THIS WEEKEND! Me n mike will figure it out for you, I can bring my jack and stands or do it at mine. Those squeaks are shocking. Get some proper tires on it also And to be honest, I love the R32's, but its more sleeper, it doesn't stand out nearly as much as your R33 did at school. Bit rough but fix these few small things and it'll be mint. DO NOT paint, cut, glue, colour, or try to DIY customize anything. Looks best stock. I'm facing the dilemma of choosing between a 1997 GTS-T R33 or a 1993 GTS-T R32. The 32 has done 20,000 km's more then the 33 and is $2.5k cheaper...in the asking prices. I like the R32 but the 33 is a much newer car and I suppose will have less issues. Not sure about performance wise (fuel consumption, lag, off the line, top end, grip/slip, etc), but I know the 33 has more power, but is heavier, and the 32 has less power, but is lighter. I dunno what to do...

Updated - Imported Car Photography Cruise, Sunday 17th

I think my friends were there but I couldn't make it. Can't wait to see pics. -
Spotted a dark blue (I think) R33 with plates SHYRRA down Brighton Rd last night. We then went cruising and went past the bay a few times in a Burgundy Crown and a stock Black R34 GT-T just in case anyone saw us.
-
Uhhh maybe, can't remember exactly where we went, but there was a silver ford laser, white subaru liberty and me in a late model land cruiser driving. Can't remember if we actually went past Jetty rd Brighton.
-
Spotted Viva Garage's black Stagea with 34 front tonight going up Anzac highway at about quarter to seven. Also spotted 2 or 3 white R33's go down Brighton road while waiting at Brighton BP and then a nice 4 door R34 with white wheels and a kit at Marion carpark, upstairs. Was cruising with my mate in a stock black R34 GT-T.

haha SAU cruise SAU stress ball fight. While driving throw them through open windows lol.

Good job guys, thanks for doing this. Can't do much until they're done, keep us posted with any progress (not that I'd imagine there could be much, apart from we've paid and they're ready...)

Hey sorry everyone felt the urge to bash me for my opinion. I don't think my comment was rude or anything, just wanted to raise a topic for discussion as my friend thought the same. I'm not arguing that its not a good car, I love it. And yeah, I don't own a Skyline. And yeah, I am a teenager. Whats wrong with this? I sold my car to buy a Skyline and changed my details as a joke. I wanna be a part of this community and not a keyboard warrior. I want to be part of the community and get to know everyone, and not gain the reputation of 'just another kid on the internet'. Sorry if I caused any un needed trouble.

I was just saying I liked the white ones better. Its a personal opinion but I don't think chrome suits Skylines, well, all chrome. Will have another look today to re-assess my opinion
-
Damo your car is RBR-034 right? wtf is with the gay rims? Parked near dyno today (saturday) with some chrome on it?
-
Wait, so the order for everyone else hasn't been placed? So, the predicted pick-up date of this friday most probably won't be happening? When will we get our hoodies
-
RC DRIFT! COME SEE THE RC DRIFT!
-
I think when handing the hoodies out we should tell everyone that if anyone asks where they got it, tell them to come to the SAU forum and order one. Then you'll get less late comers.

A good price from Hobby Habit? Unheard of... I remember I was grip racing one of my other chassis' and the battery wasn't held in properly, so it was moving about, transferring the weight, and flipped it on a perfectly flat surface, rolled/fly about 5m and the battery went further. I broke the battery holder on my drifter, hit a secured plank of wood head on. They go fast with road tires. So reppin SAU hoodie at Hobby Habit when I get it lol.

My Short Story And Photos Of My New Girl Friend
Thomasino replied to adelaidebloke's topic in South Australia
Point taken. Just sold my car so scabbing lifts for a short while before I get my new car, I definitely don't wanna do this for any longer then I need. Definitely remember this when I get my new car and feel like doing something stupid. Thanks. -
This could get carried away...I think we need to stick with Hoodies for now. Hey I can make an SAU RC drift car...
-
BAHHHH!!!!! Kahli you got owned I tried making these once, kinda hard. I had hundreds of rims saved, body kits, cars, garages, people, everything! Might try again one day.
