  1. Sounds good Birds. Hope it all goes well for you mate. An old PT mate of mine stuffed a tendon in his wrist (forget the exact injury but basically sheared off the bone I believe) but it was depressing the number of exercises that ruled out. He found ways to use wraps or particular machines to work around it as much as possible until it healed up completely With legs being such a big muscle group too I think it should help burn the calories up I've always had decent upper legs, they would be my best body part. Have never had to do too much to them to maintain volume and they respond well for me. Whereas back , shoulders etc I seem to need to work continually to maintain any size. I'm going to focus on the calves a lot more and hope for some sort of development there. apparently for some people it doesn't seem to matter what you do they just wont respond.
  2. Thanks Leesh! Well they are an incredible piece of design hey. It's an amazing joint, but it makes me think of a gearbox - great complex piece of engineering but often the weak point when youre putting down some serious power I've been pretty fortunate with injuries in my relatively short semi-serious lifting life of about 8 years
  3. You spun your Supra? Seriously though, sorry to hear that mate. My shoulders have been so locked up of late it's affecting my pressing and other exercises. I've got very tight shoulders and am more than a bit concerned of something like that happening if I don't take care of it. Might be cortisone injections etc to come? Shoulder joints are such fragile bastards it shits me. I have taken to starting boulder day with 'lucky cats' and other rotator cuff movements but I'm not sure if it's actually doing anything atm. Thanks for the leg comments
  4. Do your abs show up in the ultrasound images?
  5. Cheers TTT. Thought a leg shot would be something different. Bingo, that scab is from DLs... scraped the shit out of that shin the other week! Thanks buddy Birds it has been ages since I have posted here but hope you are ok; summary of what happened?
  6. Nice idea having the different textures and firmness on the one roller, but surely you'll be using more than a few inches at a time which would put your limb into a different zone? I realise how perverted that sounds to anyone who hasn't clicked on the link...
  7. Good luck Huy. Don't let it go for less than its worth.
  8. Anyone here joined Fitocracy (on the web or through the app)? Great little fitness 'social networking' thing I joined a few months ago. https://www.fitocracy.com/ Plenty of fit girls on there also... (and guys, for the girls on here).
  9. My thoughts exactly, hence my post. Have you only been playing around with matches for a year?
  10. a magician, his secrets, etc etc I would also like to know though

  12. R33 GT-R goodness! The yellow does stand out Mick!
  13. Thought someone might ask Mick... look closer at the sign mate... Might not be able to make it out on that resolution but it says "School days only" Thanks mate, I'm just a hack but would love to have a go sometime when I'm next up the Mountains.
  14. Nah Eric I think we always park next to the school (opposite the servo) and haven't ever had a problem with parking there for half an hour or more. i.e. here Guess we will sort this out for next time
  15. Chris06R's BNR34 TV2 V.spec
  16. Haha cheers. The car needed a good run! Yeah pity we didn't catch anyone at the school, Dave and I drove past it a few times though (sounds a bit dodgy... ) and didn't see anyone there. Next time I guess we will announce an actual time to arrive at Albion Park and hang around a bit longer. All considered, the day went really well though I thought.
  17. Ryan's Stag Quite a few R33 GT-Rs there on the day!
