  1. Cheers Richie Looking forward to seeing more of your shots. Get out to any weddings on the 12/12/12? Was a popular day for that apparently.
  2. Couple more from the same set:
  3. Yep 10 bucks through Mighty car mods in that link I posted above
  4. Look what I found... http://shop.mightycarmods.com/product.php?id_product=96
  5. Cheers Chris! Yeah I only just picked up the rims from depot and had tyres fitted yesterday. Definitely fills the guards more than the stockies
  6. Congrats on the new cam Matt. For me, new car means some new photos Also great shots of the family btw Nick.
  7. Looking forward to seeing you guys there
  8. Cheers Sean. If you buy 'em you can keep the white and gold theme going on 20s!
  9. Enjoy guys. Hope some records get broken!
  10. Yeah good that he still looks back on the old HR31 fondly. Says he regards it as an equal to the (R32) GT-R to him, and interesting how he likened it to a larger version of the BMW M3 (E30). Would be awesome to see him race that chassis competitively again.
  11. Came across this nice article, published last Saturday. Legend Jim Richards talks about racing the HR 31 GTS-R back in the day, and then gives his impressions after driving it again at Calder Park... Video embedded of the interview is in the article too, but unfortunately you can't hear the car itself. Still a good read. http://www.carsales.com.au/news/2012/sports/nissan/skyline/the-skylines-the-limit-33853
  12. Looks like the 86 just scooped the Drive COTY award for 2012 (base GT version was tested and just pipped Subie's more highly specced, but higher-priced BRZ). Seeing quite a few of them on the road now too! The orange colour looks the goods I think.
  13. Gday Paul, The tyres that were on the other set of GTCs I had (same size) were 285/25 ZR 20. Will give you a call later today. Cheers Matt
  14. Yeah except the article said the cops reckon the way it was put over the road looked very deliberate. They put lots of sand down and a biker still slid over on it. Wonder if the insurance companies of the affected drivers will be waiving the excess?
  15. That thought crossed my mind as well; that it could have been someone (who is pretty messed up) in a misguided attempt to "teach those hoodlums a lesson". Would have required not thinking about how it's just as likely some family wagon could've come round there though. And there aren't really any houses right near that corner to my knowledge.
  16. Yeah Anthony, they made my black R34 GTR look really nice but the 20"s are not for everyone. Even so, someone will be getting brand new rims in their original boxes for a lot less than current exchange rates would have them pay to buy them through Rays.
  17. They just said "Sir Bertram Stevens Drive, near the Warumbul Road turn-off" so it looks like that right-hand hairpin as you go south, shortly after you go over the causeway (not long into the drive after you leave Princes Hwy). https://maps.google.com/maps?q=sir+bertram+stevens+drive+and+Warumbul+Road&hl=en&ll=-34.083766,151.069565&spn=0.021219,0.045447&sll=-33.867952,151.210044&sspn=0.042262,0.090895&t=h&hnear=Sir+Bertram+Stevens+Dr+%26+Warumbul+Rd,+Royal+National+Park+New+South+Wales+2232,+Australia&z=15
  18. Hopefully they and their cars will be ok and they won't be roped in with the 'convoy of high powered cars' that were there as well. Surprised the journos didn't make the association on the basis of the types of cars they were driving.
  19. http://www.smh.com.a...1021-27zky.html 40L of oil dumped on the road in Nasho. Was late Saturday night apparently. 2 cars written off. Funny quote from the cops:
