  1. It's always great when like-minded people get together. So was much raised for the charity?
  2. Love this pic Alex! Sorry I missed it - looks like you all had fun.
  3. Have eaten there before, good food!
  4. I got contacted by superjet760 earlier in the month regarding some parts; I believe he still owns the R32 that is running 8's, number plate is RH9GTR. He's still around these parts The (other) GTR with plates just RH9 was that Midnight Purple II R34, right? Can vouch for Michael's R33, it's fat
  5. Sorry to hear about Christian falling ill but glad to hear that it sounds like he's in very good hands. Thoughts and prayers for the family. If there's anything we can do for the family, as a car club 'family', Duncan, let us know mate. Wishing him a fast recovery.
  6. Hey mate, Thanks it's ok it's just at the workshop getting a tune and it needs a few more days. Hate turning down Putty Rd but thems the breaks...
  7. Haha for some reason Im not convinced a two tonne car will handle putty road very well
  8. They look awesome Charles! I like the one with the R34 LEDs and also the side profile outlines (last one). But agree that the side profile one seems to suit the front of the shirt just as much if not more than the back. For the SAU on the front panel, personally I'd prefer the SAU logo off-centre, slightly smaller and at top-right of chest maybe, instead of dead centre.
  9. What happened Genelle?
  10. Now that I've fixed my washer jet connections, bring on the rain I say When I first got the car, pulling the wiper stalk would get the front wipers going but spray the rear window; twisting the collar would get the rear wiper going and spray the windscreen.
  11. Didn't know they'd released an Evo 11 yet Chuey? Hehe
  12. All the rain we've been having... mozzies are probably having orgies and giving birth to freak offspring. What bothers me more than the itching is actually being woken up in the middle of the night by a fu*ken mosquito right near my ear and not being able to get back to bed till it's dead. I'd rather sleep through and wake up in the morning with a couple of bites than lose half an hour's sleep at 3am but get him before he gets me.
  13. The last time I did Putty Rd it was on KU36s in the 34R; grip was stupendous once they'd warmed up.

Yeah starting to turn I think. Thanks mate. That was taken in Leura, near that spot we'd chatted about.
  15. Was a great night; was good to meet a few new people like Fernando and GMan and catch up with the regular crowd. Thanks to Garry and Jack for their hospitality and congrats to the team on the night. Was a good mixture of presenters too. I enjoyed learning more about compliancing and what you guys look for when scouting for new imports over in Japan.
  16. New McLaren MP4-12C it is

Congrats Matt! Maybe you can get Sidd to cover your wedding One of my better shots from a little Honda gathering on the weekend:
  18. The Z-tune ones, yep...
  19. 18 x 9.5 +5, I believe
  20. Bump. Please only get in touch with me if you are actually serious about buying. Thanks, Matt
  21. 33s can look pretty good...
  22. Well what's a bit weird is if you watch the video again, when the 599 creeps past when still inside the valet area, the exhaust seems to 'blare' a bit, all of a sudden. Not sure if he just presses the sport button or whatever, I don't know what setup there is on the GTO (or Aventador) but it's possible there's a bimodal exhaust setup like the current Maseratis. So in normal running mode it'd be just under 90dB up to the test RPM, above that the valve would open. In sport mode the valve would always be open regardless of RPM?
