  1. Magnet will not stick to it even if its not ceramic . They are not steel they are some type of alloy so magnet will not attract it .
  2. $160 delivered to your local p.o. I would need payment after i get the batteries but before i post to you , for Sydney buyers pay me when you pick up .
  3. Ned i'll put you down for one .
  4. The reason you need another bracket is because the current one it to small made to fit the narrow battery you have in your r33 . Go to any auto a/c shop and buy a bigger one ( $5 -10) , your battery try would have to be thrown out ( to small ) but its a totaly sealed battery and you dont need one . You have another hole where your bracket fits now , use that with the bigger bracket and you are sweet . The batteries dont have poles but as manwhor3 said they come with 2x6 mm stainlees steel bolts turn the cables sideways and just bolt on .
  5. Its a very dodgy conversion , take it back to them , it sounds like you have a short somewhere . If you want to fix it yourself , take the globes out and have a look at the fiting , they probably used the xenon fiting and just put halogen globe in that . If thats the case its probably shorting on the housing somewhere . I dont know how you guys with converted xenons can see anything at night , they are pathetic . If i was you i would get rid of them and reinstall xenons , then you will see the light .
  6. If you have complete strutts you don't have to compress them . You have to push the lower arms down though , the fronts are little harder , just get someone to put their weight on them . Suport the car on good stands first .
  7. Ben i have another guy that wants a battery . Inissane do you want a battery ? Babia do you want one ? If you both do thats 4 ,we only need one more .
  8. You dont have to be a lmct to bid at auctions in Australia unlike Japan .
  9. Why not go to the auction and bid yourself ?
  10. I have a set for a GTR ( R33 )
  11. I have a pearl 34 GTR M-Spec . Interesting to see how many more M-Specs are in Australia .
  12. Are you sure it was an NUR Charlie ? Just the badges maybe ? Was it an M-Spec or V-Spec 2 ? I saw 3 NUR'S when i was in Japan 2 black and a gold , only one was M-Sec , a black one .
  13. I dont think there is any NUR M-specs in Australia , there is vary few in Japan too. I was looking at one when i was there last December but they were asking more for a 3 y.o. car than when it was sold new ( 6.9 mil jpy , 30 k k's on the clock ) . I bought a 2001 M-spec instead , still a nice and rare car but NUR would be the car to own !
  14. postage to melbourn3 would be about $20 . R33's and r34's that have the battery in the boot dont use a breaker , its your call if you want to use though . You have to make sure the cable will not be exposed on the car body or get cut on anything sharp .
  15. Just get a tracker , about $1250 fitted and you can self monitor .
  16. NO they are not , t/c takes atf oil and it has a drain and fill plug as well .
  17. I dont know where you get your prices from but i can assure you you cant get a good series 3 r 33 gtr here from Japan for $32 on the road . Here is a recent auction example typical of what you will pay for a good car . Lot #834777 at 03/23/2005 Nissan Skyline, 1997 Frame: BCNR33 Color: silver Run (ths km): 47 Equipment: AC AW PS PW Mark: 4 Grade: coupe GT-R Displacement: 2600 Syaken: 07.2006 Transmission: F5 Price in Japan - 2240000 ¥ (~ 21310 $) As you can see it was auctioned for 2.24 mill jpy , on the top of that add about 100,000 jpy for derego tranport in japan and all charges to load it on the boat . So lets say 2.34 jpy fob , lets assume you will get 82 jpy to $ , thats $28536 . Add to that 10 % duty =2853 + shipping costs all up lets say $1800 , total that =$33189 + 10 % gst 3318 =$36507 = compliance say 5000 including tyres = $41500 + rego + stamp duty + if needed brakes . Now there is another example of what you can get for your $32 k . Lot #815842 at 03/17/2005 Nissan Skyline, 1995 Frame: BCNR33 Color: silver Run (ths km): 69 Equipment: AC PS PW Mark: R Grade: coupe GT-R V Spec Displacement: 2600 Syaken: 12.2005 Transmission: F5 Price in Japan - 1525000 ¥ (~ 14620 $ You can do the sums yourself just use my formulae . Now have a look its an R car which means you can get complied here because its been in an accident . Lot #815847 at 03/17/2005 Nissan Skyline, 1995 Frame: BCNR33 Color: purple Run (ths km): 104? Equipment: AC AW PS PW Mark: 3 Grade: coupe GT-R V Spec Displacement: 2600 Syaken: 03.2006 Transmission: F5 Price in Japan - 1240000 ¥ (~ 11890 $ Now this is even cheaper but its only a 3 grade 104 ks with ? mark meaning more like 200 ks . Thats the knid of cars you will buy cheap in Japan , good cars bring big money and some 01,02 gtrs bring more money now than when they were new ! Sorry about the long post guys . If you need more , i have auction stats for the last 12 months on any brand of car you want and i have seen these auctions first hand .
  18. If you have a 32 you are going to find a place to mount it , some brackets and about 5 metres of cable to run it to the front for +, just use a small piece from battery terminal to the body for negative . I replyed to your pm .
  19. Never lie to insurance cos . They don't ask until you put a claim in then they may ask to produce your driving record and if they find that you told them fibs they wont pay you .
  20. Thats it you got them both . you need a 1/2 " drive and a long bar to undo them . Drainit out the bottom and fill until it cames out the side .
  21. NISSAN SKYLINE R33 GTR Engine Built by UAS N1 Turbochargers Tomei 264 Degree Camshafts Adjustable Exhaust Cam Gear Linished & Shotpeened Conrods Arias Forged Pistons Non Turbulence Dump Pipes Full High Flow Exhaust Sard 550cc Injectors Sard Fuel Pressure Regulator Z32 Air Flow Meters Custom Stainless AFM Housing Tomei Gasket Kit TOmei Upper Oil Gallery Restrictor Tomei Sump Baffle Kit Nismo Engine Mounts UAS 90mm Intercooler Upgrade Dyno: 304KW at rear wheels Obviously the wrong mods to get power , where is the tuned power f/c ? it should be the first mod in any turbo car . We have another r33 gtr with very mild mods , come to wsid on April the 9th and see it run if you like and while you are at it bring your 330 rwkw and see who is quicker , i can tell you the R has less that 300 awkw with very few mods and it will run mid 11's easy on street tyres . What would the 330 kw gts run with street tyres ?
  22. I agree with that statement , i did 11.7 @120.85 mph in a 33 gtr with under 300 awkw and ordinary 1.8xx 60 ft due to wheel spin .
  23. Until you get a computer don't boost it . What is happening is when you get the flat spot its dumping fuel in there then it will lean out at the top and you may blow a piston . Get a power f/c and get it tuned , the other mad you need is a turbo .
