  1. Its at the rear of the plenum and from there it goes to the map censor near the brake booster . The line near the plenum will be very hard and fragile because of the heat . You don't have to tap in to it you can tap anywhere in the plenum you like , i fine the best place is the fuel reg.

  3. I have a set in excellent condition , yours for $190 for the set + post .
  4. When you say " it won't run" , do you mean , it wont start? wont kick? If it won't kick the trarter you probably have some other electrical problem . Could be immobiliser , just by-pass it and see how you go . If you don't know how to do it , its not easy, take it to an auto electrician , he should be able to sort it out for you . The s15 200sx has a similar set up , if you have them in your counrty .
  5. All series II R34'S have the bigger rotors not just V-spec II. Series I cars have the smaller rear rotors .
  6. You tell him BB , stock base timming for Rb26 is 20 degrees. Your ecu bases everything on the fact that you have set your base timming at 20, if your base timming is set at 15 she will underperform .
  7. Don't forget to go on a diet ......
  8. If they are coming from Japan 10% import duty you ad that to the invoice cost then ad freight cost and you pay 10% GST on the total amount . In most cases no duties are payable for amounts under $1000.
  9. Not only they can book you on a visual estimate but the magistrate will more than likely go with the cop . I have seen it done and the driver even had a gps in his car that showed he was not speeding , the magistrate went with the cop and found him guilty in Parramatta local court .He then had to lodge an appeal ( cost more money )and he got off because the cops desided not to "offer any evidence".
  10. If you was speeding just pay the fine and get on with it . If you wasn't speeding still pay the fine unless you want to spend mega$ to defend it and when you win the cops DON'T pay your legal costs , it sucks big time but thats how it is mate. I know all about it been there and done that more than once . I don't know the law in W.A. but I can tell you in NSW a cop ( experienced HWY patrol cop) can book you on a visual estimate even traveling the opposite direction at any speed , even around a bend, I have seen it done . From what you say you got done by a silver eagle radar , the aerial is mounted on the rear window of the car ( drivers side), the screen in the car will have the cop car speed and the target vehicle speed . Under the cops own guidelines the silver eagle radar reading shouldn't be used if there a is another vehicle within 200 mtrs to the target vehicle and the radar should be held on to the target vehicle for a minimum of 3 seconds. The cop wont care about using it under guidelines though, if he thinks you are speeding he just gives you the ticket because he knows you won't take it any further .
  11. I know the STI was recovered a while ago ( it was my ex car and the only car insured ). Good to see the thieves behind bars where they belong .
  12. I didn't see you there dude , I was there to inspect a car for a friend in Coachwood place, he was in a liberty .
  13. Inlet bolts about 20 nm , exhaust studs and nuts about 30nm. Using loktite on the exhaust nuts does stuff all, the heat will just melt it . Make sure you use the s/steel locknuts and put the washers on the correct places , there are 2 different thickness washers . Do them up in 2-3 stages and start from the midle and work your way out, check the manifold for cracks and warpage .
  14. Do you live in Woodlans ave Lugarno? Did she look like this ?
  15. I have a 34 GTT steering wheel with airbag, won't sell separate.

  20. You don't have one in your car Adam, all GTRS have them , Just like brake boosters, less effort to push it down . Landcruisers have them in some models but they use 2 heavy springs for assistance now ( done away with the booster ).
  21. I bought one from Nissan a while ago for about $150, just the booster not including the master though.
  22. Buy a used stock ECU or a power f/c to suit a BNR 34 , unplug your dead ECU, plug the new one and it will work .
