I'm sure you can fit it in the engine bay but I'm not sure what you need to mod to fit it. The battery is about the same length and height as your stocker but a little wider ( about 5 cm wider). You dont need terminals you can use eyelets and bolt them on the battery with the s/steel screws that come with it . If you want you can fit brass posts on the battery but I can only get the standard (bigger posts), if you use them then you have to change your terminals to the standard size, most Nissans have the smaller ones . If you are keen I can send it to Melbourne, post will cost you $20 including rego and insurance .

If you need posts, I should be able to get you some as long as you don't want the small posts that most Skylines have .

I totally agree with the above statement. It is very hard to prove your innocence and very expensive . They don't have to prove your guilt, you are guilty as charged until you can prove otherwise . They will do anything they can to convince the magistrate and don't forget the magistrate sees them as not having a motive to stretch the truth ( lie) and you do . I know for a fact that they use the silver eagle radar well outside their own guidelines and they don't even care . In my case I engaged the services of 2 radar experts with 50 years experience between them and both with electronics degrees . They both gave avidence in court on the way the police officer used the radar in my case . The officer claimed in court under oath thant the location of his car at the time he checked my speed was 250 mts from a left hand bend on the Hume hwy, he also claimed he was parked parallel to the road and that the shubs in the middle of the road were only about a metre high. I took a surveyor there and he confirmed it was only 170 mts. I also produced photos showing the shrubs/ trees in the middle of the road to be 4-5 metres high, they ( cops ) claimed that they had grown in 18 months it took my case to go to court . We went one better and got some RTA maps+ pics taken 2 months before my alleged offence and guess what the shrubs were 4-5 mtres high . Of course we knew this all along but we had to prove it in court as well . When we went to court I had a team of 4, a barister, a solicitor and 2 experts . The cops brought their so called radar expert as well but the only expertise he had was a 5 day training by Custo ( radar maker) and a electricians trade certificate. When asked by my team about some of the tests that the silver eagle radar should be subjected, he had no idea what half of them were . Again the cops don't care because they know noone is going to question them Now you can see where I spend the money defending myself.

All 3 series GTR b/bars are the same, only the lower lip on the series III is different. You can buy aftermarket all in one b/bar-lip f/glass but I wouldn't. You can buy series III lower lip f/glass as well but they crack as soon as you hit them underneath.

You will not have to pay the officers costs, only court costs if you loose ( very little like $50-60)but if you win they DON'T pay costs either . I wish you luck but if you don't have a good lawyer, don't even think of pleading not guilty . The cops will lie to get you convicted, I have been there and done that several times over the years ( and won every time ). A good one that comes to memory, cop books me for not wearing a seat belt . I was stopped at the lights at the time, did a right hand turn and then stopped about 2 mtrs from the corner . Got out of my van and walked across the road, cop stops his car behind my van, walks up to me and says: "You wasn't wearing your seatbelt", I said you are right I wasn't but the current law doesn't require me to wear one when I travel under 40 kmh because my job requires me to stop often. He said to me you must have it on even if you are stopped unless the handrake is on and engine off. When in court under cross examination and under OATH he said i was traveling at 60 kmh when he spotted me . When my lawyer asked him "how fast did you go to catch up with him" his reply 80 kmh . I did my homework as always so I won the case but it just goes to show you the extent they will go to prove their point . Risking going to jail !!! This is the only thing that scares them ( the ones high up )..

Rick I think you will find the spline on the shaft is different so the 33GTR clutch is no good to you . R34 GTR flywheels are dual mass ( 2 piece ) just like subaru liberty .

There are small differences but they can all be changed to look like a later model engine. R34 engines have different CAS, harder to make a 32+33 engine look like a 34 . The only way to tell for sure is the engine number . The one you have there is a late 33 GTR engine, series III.

Here is a lesson for everyone, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is ( where can you buy a power F/c for a 33 GTST for $650? ) I saw one in Yahoo Japan go for 110,000, thats over $1200!

No you can't get court costs, police never pay court costs at local court level, district or supreme is a different case . This is the reason they didn't contest Micks appeal, they knew they wouldn't have any chance of winning. I'm a very determined guy, I never give up, so you never know, I can assure you of one thing, they ( cops ) havent heard the last of me yet. I will get together with others that have been through the same thing and put pressure on them. One thing they hate is bad publicity..

You can buy the front b/bar skin from Nissan in Australia for about $600, all R33 GTR front bars are the same . The front lip is the expensive one about $1000 for series I+II and a bit more for series III ( they are different).

Before you go buying the globes make sure you have all the other stuff there .

I don't know about you dude but I won't have them accusing me of something I didn't do and then have them tell lie after lie in court under oath so they can prove their point . Looks like my son feels the same way as me and I'm very proud of him because at the time of the alleged offence he was a uni student so he wasn't flash with funds. It's not a matter of money that doesn't come in to it , if it did we would just pay the fine and shut up like most people . Sometimes you have to stand up for what you believe is right and if ever I have to, I will do it again. Yes the cops do give a shit , I know im my case he is an ex seargent and also ex-h/way patrol, so he got a big kick up the ass. At least in my sons case he didn't lie under oath. As for giving them more reasons to hate us, I think they will think again and again before they write a ticket if they are not sure the offence took place.

Fairly common problem on the mechanical oddos in Skylines, it has to do with the fact that they are all clocked . The oddo driver stuffs up in them as well and you can't buy it on its own . Easiest fix another cluster and hope its going to work for a long time .
