R34 Gtr F/b 3" Catback
wrxhoon replied to wrxhoon's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Still available. This will suit a new exhaust buyer , it is just like new . The people that have made offers via P.M. remember even if you bought this in Japan by the time you got it to your door it will be over $1200. At $690 you are saving a lot of money and you don't have to wait for it, so please no ridiculous offers, in future I will not even reply to such offers. -
I have one off R34 GTR, Sydney.
-
Mate, it should work like that but unfortunately in the real world it DOESN'T , like I said before justice can be very-very-very expensive. I have little doubt that most people would just pay the fine regardless if they are guilty or not..

Apexi Power F/c To Suit R34 Gtr

This is still available. -
Thanks Charlie and everyone else for the support. Unfortunatly you are right mate, justice is very expensive, they ( H/patrol cops) know this and take advantage . They see a young person ( and not so young, like me ) , they just write the ticket first and ask questions later . I hate it when they make smart-ass comments like that, because they know no-one is going to take them on... For everyone that wants to know, it wasn't on today ( they told us they maynot be ready ) because they film it early afternoon and they wanted to interview Dennis Mirallis as well as someone from the police department to give their side of the story . I can assure you guys it will definitely be on at some stage, more than likely tomorrow . Richard ACA is on 9 at 6:30 pm .
-
I don't know about that but we sold that car soon after Mick got the ticket .

Don't think they were dopes saying that they are not relying on the silver eagle radar Mona. They knew if they tried to rely on the silver eagle we could prove in court that it coudn't be used according to guidelines . They already knew about my case, they lost that one about a year ago. Actually silver eagles shouldn't be used in any built-up ereas at all. So they were smart and the magistrate went with their estimation ( he was the lame one ) when we produced evidence that Mick wasn't speeding!! So we lodged the appeal as soon as the magistrate found Michael guilty on the advice of Dennis Mirallis . I have to say that Dennis has beaten them many times over the last 3 years .

now that you remind me i do remember the ACA story at the time about your case. Yea it takes all that and deep pockets, the cops know that and they use it to their advantage . When you are defending a speed fine you can't go half cocked, you have to do your research and cover all avenues, if you are to suceed. This is why when they pull you over and accuse you of speeding they just laugh at you when you say " I was NOT speeding" . The usual reply is " If you don't agree fill the back in and take it to court", because they know you can't afford to do that . They have unlimited funds ( our money, taxpayers) so they don't care . Ah and you should have seen the grin in the cops and the prosecutors face when the magistrate convicted Mick. I would pay money to come face to face with them now, I'll bet that grin is all GONE and I hope they get ( the cops) a big kick up the arse from high up and think twice about writting a ticket in future if they are not sure . Just because they found a young guy ( he was 22 then) driving a WRX STI they thought , GOTCHA ..... Well they bit more than they could chew , didn't they ????
-
My story was on ACA when I won the case about a year ago as well as to SMH. Micks took a lot longer to conclude for various reasons. "now maybe ask those knobs at ACA to chip in for your legal bills.... " I can't comment on the above .

Ezitrak by Rojone, the best available unit on the market.. I may ad the car was a WRX STI , no longer in the family.

Unfortunately justice is not cheap mate, Abo bob would know .

1999 R34gtr Vspec Vs 2001 R34gtr Vspec
wrxhoon replied to Darren83's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
All series II V-Specs are badged 'V-Spec II", because they are series II V-specs, there are no series II V-Specs. V-spec II cars have harder suspenssion than series I V-specs, altough the struts look the same .. Series II cars come in M-Spec, NUR V-Spec II and NUR M-Spec as well , these were built from May 01 onwards and there are only a handfull here is Australia, I have one of them. -
1999 R34gtr Vspec Vs 2001 R34gtr Vspec
wrxhoon replied to Darren83's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
.. All series II V-specs are V-Spec II , they have same calipers and front rotors but the rear rotors are a little bigger on all series II cars not just V-specs. You are not going to notice the difference in the pics , maybe the trim depending on the quality of the pic. By the way I can tell the difference in the wheels between series I and series II as well. -
1999 R34gtr Vspec Vs 2001 R34gtr Vspec
wrxhoon replied to Darren83's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
This has been covered before , do a search and you will find something. 01 V-spec is a V-spec II and there are a few differences to the 99 none V-Spec. tThere are also differences between series I and Series II regardless of the Spec. Differences between V-spec and none ( regardles of year): Front lower lip on the V's , rear C/F defuser on the V's and MFD with 2 extra functions on V's , ALSD on the cluster on V's. I probably left sometning out but these are the main ones. Differences between Series I and series II . Series II have darker seat trim ( almost black) clear front and side indicators, alloy on the rubber pedals, bigger boot Nissan emblem and the V-spec II has C/F bonnet with a small vent above the turbos . Again I'm sure I forgot something. -
Apexi power F/C+ commander to suit BNR 34 , excellent condition, no marks on the controller screen $760 In Sydney but will post anywhere at buyers expense. P.m. or email : [email protected] Phone: 0408 973 245 Cheers, Jerry

R34 GTR turbos will bolt straight on to your manifolds and you can use your old dumps but the 34 GTR dumps are S/S and much better.
-
Why do you want to change it ? leaking? Are you sure its the gasket? Maybe the halfmoons?
-
Depending on how much oil you put in, it will always give you more compression ( the chamber will be smaller with a tablespoon of oil). If you put oil in the good cylinders you will get a better ( higher) reding as well. My guess is you have a busted ringland on number 3 , a leakdown test will confirm though.
