  1. Series I, II and III use the same bonnet, guards and grill series III have xenons . The series III xenon lights have a different bracket where if secures on the grill but they can be fitted on others and series I and II can be fitted on series III.
  2. This is what they test: THC, NOX, CO and CO2. They will do 2 runsa the first is a warm up run , most cars will fail this and then they do another run.
  3. I would use the 100 ron from Shell, because it has ethonol and it may help. The last time I took a car for enissions test , this fuel wasn't available so I used normal 98 ron. If you can get your hands on a new ( or near new) compliance cat , i would use that as well . To be honest with you , I dont like your chances with your current set up. If I remember correct your car is 95 model and that mekes it harder, earlier models would be slightly easier to pass. Good luck and let us know how you go. Give me a buz if you like as I have a tip fpr you but I dont want to put it on here for obvious reasons .
  4. Depending on what year it was made, emissions change , you will have to pass the emission test for the time your car was made . If its post 95 my guess is you will not pass unless its very close to stock .
  5. Nissan Ex-Japan usually , about $300..
  6. 34 GT and 34 GTT are different the turbo cars have the same sus but the none turbos are different regardless if they are 2 door or 4 door.
  7. Sorry , not interested in swaps but if someone has Nismo 18x9.5 or 18x10 I will consider, not interested in any other rims .
  8. Pics of the wheels ..
  9. I don't have one in PSI but I have this that may interest you . A 3 gauge pod for 60mm gauges.
  10. Hi Daniel , I just had a look at the resister pack and the loom that we discussed and looks like it still has 3 injector plugs on it so you will need another 3 but you can use yours al you have to do is loin the wires . Here are a coiple of pics I just took . I'm in West Pennant Hills but travel to the city all the time, depending on where you live I maybe able to meet you somewhere. Cheers, Jerry ph: 0408 973 245 P.S. Let me know if you want it just in case someone else ask me for it.
  11. I take it you have a 33 , if thats correct the speedo is electronic not cable. As n15m0 said someone may have tampered with the oddo before and my guess is that the oddo drive is stuffed , even seized . You cant buy them from Nissan you have to buy the whole speedo so your best bet is to buy a used cluster and hope that lasts ... They are very easy to replace ..
  12. In 2010 the duty will drop to 5% and remain there, this will match the commercial vehicle duty, unless they change their mind like they did before . R34 GTR prices have not dropped in japan at all in the last 3 years but as they get older you will find rougher cars and of course they will be cheaper . I was there in 2004 and you could find rough 34 V-Spec GTR's there ( rust accident , high ks etc...) from about 3.2 million yen but a good example would be over 4 mil. As sewid pointed out before our $ has gone from 78-80 to 94 at present and the import duty from 10% to 5% so you could actually escape luxury tax on a car that costs about 4.3-4.4 million yen now . Back in 2004 you would have to pay luxury tax on a car that cost 3.6 million yen . I'm sure when they get 17 year olds they will be as cheap as R32's are now ..
  13. I think you will find the air guide is different , airbox should be the same.
  14. I would like to see you buy a clean st for 80K yen in Japan dude, you will pay more than that for clean R33 GTR rims..
  15. Well if you want to end up in jail or worse kill yourself and others race on the streets . We wonder why cops pull skyline drivers over all the time??? A few bad apples and everyone suffers..
  16. Yep sump off, very easy when you have the engine on a stand ..
  17. Yes but to do a comp test you must be able to crank the engine .
  18. That will depend on the engine that you have ( spec, condition , etc...) and the load. On my low K series II 34 in 4th gear i see max boost 91.1 bar) at 3800 rpm not much later than stockers. I have GTSS turbos though.
  19. 142 -152 nm .
  20. Sard 700's are direct fit , you can use your old O rings ( a little tight but they will fit ), of course I would always use new ones , unless I changed them recently. Sard 850's ( the twin spray ) are not direct fit , you will need different plugs . Why would you want 850's or even 700's with stock turbos ? the 440's should be just fine with stock turbos . I had stockk 440's on a 33 GTR that had Group A N1 turbos ( 1.2 bar boost) Ah and don't tell me she didn't haveany power , she was good for 11.7 1/4 mile and a trap speed of 121 mph!
  21. No point using bigger injectors on a stock car ..
  22. That will depend on the car, it will take the same time to do as a compression test and its best to do both at the same time .
  23. They are different and much smaller.
  24. Yes you will need a pair for RB 26.
  25. You can't get a colour code, take a sample to any auto paint pupply shop and they will match it for you.
