  1. I have a pair in Sydney, one good one blown . P.M. with an offer.
  2. I have one in Sydney to suit R33 GTST, P.M. with an offer if you are interested .
  3. Nothing wrong with the standard S I+S II GTR h/lights mate . Make sure you get the full 13.8-14 volts on them and they light up very nice( they are never going to be like genuine xenons though). In my old 33 i wire them with a rely and made the lows stay on when the h/beams went on as well, excelent light .
  4. That would have to be around the 50,000 yen, I would say there was something wrong with them at that price ....
  5. If you can get them for $600 per pair, ill buy them of you for $800 and you can make $200 a pair . They sell for over 100,000 Yen used !
  6. No difference at all, series III are a little different besides the fact that they are projector xenons. Any R33 Gtr H/lights will fit series I ( only S I) but you have to modify them a little to fit . You have to take off the rear spacers ( easy to do) and they dont have a bottom braket where they fit on the grill .
  7. You can't use fog lights unless there is fog or adverse weather( like very heavy rain). Fog light come in either yellow or clear lens and they point very low and to the side so their light doesn't blind you in fog. You can't use driving lights or high beam in a built up area either so whatever they are you can get fined . Why would you want foggies or driving lights in a well lit built up area ? The only thing you will achieve is blind others, cop a fine and maybe a defect notice for other stuff so just keep them off .
  8. EPA tests are free in NSW ( at Penrith RTA) but i don't like your chances of passing a none stock car, especially late model car. I have been there and done it , a stock R33 GTR just makes it and i mean totally stock.
  9. Its a pain in the ass on the floor but very easy with a hoist. Its a very heavy box about 95kg so if you do it on the floor you will have to use a jack . If you done boxes before you will see what you have to undo when you are under there . Front pipes have to come off and the front driveshaft . The easiest way to undo the top box bolts is a long extention ( uni will come handy as well) then undo the subframe bolts about 10mm and it will make esay to get them. When you unplug the attessa pipe block it with something so it doesn't drain the tank no need to block the g/box end but if you do it wont make a mess. Don't forget to take the shifter out before you lower the box. The top starter bolt can be hard to get if you have a C spanner it will make life easier but you may have to hang of it. If you have a late 32 , 33 or 34 she will have a pull clutch so you will have to realease the fork . Don't forget to bleed the attessa when you put it all back .
  10. 275x35x18 would be about the same diameter as the stock 245x45x17and your speedo will be same as well. I have used 265x35x18 and 275x35x18 on stock R34 GTR rims and they are both OK. I had Falken ST115's on 18x10 rims in a R33GTR and they were fine. I have Toyo T1Rs 275x35x18, they are a very good all around tyre and if you shop around you should be able to get them at a reasonable price.
  11. The only M-Specs i know are series II R34 GTR's .
  12. Rims only to melbourne about $80 including insurance. I dont know how much with tyres but at leat $130. Make me an offer via PM if you are serious Toyo Tyres have about 70-80% tread .
  13. Yes , cats came in in 86 same time as unleaded fuel.
  14. Something went wrong in your calculation there Adrian, $550x200=$110,000. I thought one penalty point =$110 in NSW, so 200X$110= $22,000.
  15. If you can find a Nismo GT block( only 300 made) thats the one you want to get. Next best would be the 24U block, i wouldnt use a 5U block for that kind of power...
  16. There is a very good example in the current issue ( number 70) of HPI mag as well.
  17. To correct you on the seats Andrew, only series III have the red inserts and stitching, series II are the same as series I . Steering wheels and H/unit surounds are the same in II and III , h/unit surounds are slightly different on series I, s/wheels totally different on series I. The g/boxes are said to be different as well but i never had one stripped . Another little difference , the passengers side blinker grill has a slot in the III, not sure if its only on V-specs though. Series III has a rear fog light an the drivers side instead of a reverse light on the earlier mods. Of course the main diffence is the projector xenon h/lights. Omurru you cant buy them for $2 k from Nissan mate . If i was buying one i would prefer a series III V-spec.
  18. I still have the buddy club suspenssion, make me an offer if you are interested . As for the rear defuser japan is your best option but they are not cheap..
  19. I'm sceptical, so who bought them ?
  20. If your globes and fuses are OK then more than likely its the combo switch.
  21. Did they ever exist????
  22. Are they genuine R34 GTR rims or coppies?
  23. Do you only want the speedo ? Full cluster? What kind of car , model?
