  1. Correct and the CAS won't fit the 32+33's unless you change the exhaust can as well . I think blackrbs13 is only concerned about 32+33 engines. I think he has been told he is getting a 33 and he wants to make sure he doesn't end up with a 32.
  2. Idler+ tensioner from your local bearing supplier, drive belts from any auto parts shop and water pump from Nissan .
  3. You can see how much i want in my signature, i have a drivers side only though .
  4. I have one xenon, thats a start but i dont know what do you mean when you say cheap, how cheap is cheap ?
  5. Yes they are black , like i said before only minor differences in appearance and can be changed so you cant tell, like oil cap, cas etc....the main one is crank but you cant see that . Just check the engine number , then you will know for sure .
  6. When you actualy see the 500-700, 000 cars in person you will see what Richard is on about . Its very hard to find a good R32 and when you do expect to pay well above 1 million jpy. Actualy its even hard to find a decent R34 gtr ( to my liking at least ) believe it or not mast have been exposed to salt and they are RUSTY. Then they give them a 4-4.5 rating just because they have low K's . I'm not saying they are rusted out , far from it but when i see the corrosion spots , rusty bolts and rust marks under the car ( when they come here they spray them with underbody so you cant see it ) i run away . Rust is like a cancer it wont go away, always comes back, thats the reason i bought my car from the south and not around Tokyo, i hate rust. By the way when you look at auction resaults make sure the car was sold at that price not what the highest bid was and then passed in . Auction price is not FOB price either .
  7. Just a quick estimate on this car .Say $7200 fob +$ 720 import duty + $2000 transport=$9920 +1000 agents commission =$10920+$1092 GST=12012 + compliance plate say $3500=$15512 + removal of aftermarket parts + tyres + brake pads (almost certainly in a car with 133 k k's ) maybe brake rotors ?Dont forget they must be genuine + rego + maybe a new engine ? How cheap does it look now ? Not many 32 gtrs would sell this low either , a more decent unit would be over 1 million jp. Richard a 1.2 million car fob would be $20,700 landed in australia + compliance + tyres ++++ = at best $26 k and maybe even $30 k ( Rate used $1= 85 jpy) Todays rate is 86.8 but you are not going to get that the bank wants to make money too, so 85 would be about right.
  8. It all depends on how happy the dyno is too ! My point is, i have baby GT'ss turbos and i have 550's, yes i could get away with 440's with more pressure ( a bit risky though) .He has bigger turbos so 440's wont do the job. I'm only on 16 psi boost as well....
  9. A lot of money, 10% import duty+ freight ( $2K) plus gst on all that +compliance cost + removing all aftermarket parts+ new tyres and maybe new genuine brake pads . What about an engine rebuilt , they are up to 17 yo cars . Forget about bringing R rated cars too, you may not get compianceand if its rusty, again no compliance .
  10. Engine number is the best way, there are visual differences but can be changed to look like the later model, its harder to make it look like its a 34 because of the CAS and exhaust cam, Much easier to make a 32 look like 33 engine though .
  11. Nismo pump will be fine for the power you will be making with the stock reg .
  12. Shit you had some bad luck there Andrew, open her up mate and see if you can do anything with it, dont worry if you stuff it up its wortless anyway ..
  13. I'm making less power than 300rwkw and i have seen 97% on my 550 Nismo injectors. I'm actauly making more power( average power) than him, i have a trap of 118 mph (11.8 et) . Looking at this i dont know how the 440's would cope, as for the pump its still good for a bit more, but i dont know about his 15 yo pump, mine is amlost new . I'm also using smaller turbos than the 2860 garretts you have( gtss) so it would easy to max the 44os in that set up .
  14. Tommy amd Mik you both been reading to many books, just listen to the pro above , dont worry about Nismo, how would they know what they are doing ? Well i dont know about you Tommy but i know Mik hasn'tand still doesn't read or buy any books!!
  15. Yep Hi octane have it . http://hioctaneracing.com.au/eshop/product...products_id=648
  16. I think he is talking about 600kg engine stand Duncan ( i hope its not 600 kg engine crane). All the cheap Chinese engine cranes i've seen are 2 tonne.
  17. I cant remember where i saw it Charlie but one of the importers has it in their website for $6. Another was on yahoo auctions in japan for a bit over 300,000 jpy .
  18. Depending on the condition of your crank, you can get bearings .08mm undersize ,.012 and .25mm undersize . I would grind the crank as little as possible to get it right . While you are at it get your crank checked for runout . Make sure you do everything correct this time so you dont pull it out again . If i was you i would bore the block out, new pistons and rings and dont forget to use a new h/gasket too . Good luck with it and if you havent got an engine carne you can buy them from $195, very domestic but will do the job for you .
  19. Someone has a gt block but they want $6k for it ..
  20. Never seen a 32 with factory leather, only ever seen 98 model 33GTRs and the 34 M-spec that i own, however there maybe others .
  21. I hope you mean undersize bearings NOT oversize or she will be coming out again ..I hope you know someone that knows what they are doing to do the machining for you ..
  22. Go the V-spec, not much difference between series I and series II GTR's.
  23. Updated with pics, if you need any more i have more high resolution pics .
  24. You can buy it from Nissan and install it yourself, if you cant take it to a workshop to do it for you .
