Obtaining an Unregistered Vehicle Permit If you're already on the RTA's computer system you can request a UVP by phone, provided you have access to a fax machine and a valid credit card. Otherwise, you will need to visit a NSW motor registry in person, or authorise a representative to attend on your behalf and provide: Proof of identity. Driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle is also an offence attracting on the spot infringement notice fines of at least $1012 ($506 for being unregistered and $506 for being uninsured). Its all in the speed and the weave, and practice. I am a first class metal worker by trade but not working with steel ATM, but give me a hour or so to get back into the groove and it doesnt look half bad. My tip is to make up everything and anything, if you can get neat with good penetration you can pay for your gear by doing jobs for the boys, rip of as much material from work as you can and start stockpiling. Also look into polishing gear for finishing. Having you gear mobile is a huge plus to as you can fab up at peoples homes and workshops when you get good. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Be carefull though, I got some second hand but found out they had delaminated from excessive heat, had wire sticking out the sides, couldnt really see it till I had done a few laps and they went to god.

My opinion is on a car sales site the car looks like a thrashed race car with high K,s which is asking top dollar, have you tried MY105 or the like. I would remove graphics and make it look untracked as possible, you could leave the carbon but supply stock parts. Or fix the suspenssion and keep it. Good luck with the sale.
