    I used tin snips but the steel was only 22 gauge, it is dead now because of those blocks in car parks hitting the bottom of the front bar and bending the steel, Im looking for some plastic sheet like used in recycle bins to avoid the damage, polypropylene or something like that, think I can get it in 3mm sheets 1800 x 900. Could use a jig saw and file to clean up the edges..

    I had one of those purple cheapo gates from otto and it leaked bad, In the process of replacing it with a Tial. Should get car back next week and Ill keep you informed on the outcome, tuner said it will come on boost quicker with a better gate.

    Wish I had got a R32 GTR, hindsight is a bitch. I got a GTST boat which is worth $8,500 -$10,500 red book, a GTT is just another boat only uglier in my opinion which is worth $16,400 - $19,000 red book , a R32 GTR will never be a boat and you can pick up some nice ones for <$20 000 red book for JDM $13,000 - $15,900. A R32 GTR ADM is a bit more pricey, LOL..... Resale for any of the above ? Wish I got the 32

    Please search before asking questions like this, you could put in about 20 different brands and grades, Its about how much you want to spend, how often you change your oil and what you use your car for.

    I burnt through my vacuum lines at my wastegate and it did that, hows your lines ?

    Did it a couple of weeks ago, Stage 2 will be next as they haven't confirmed where they will be doing the stage 3 training yet, Basic stuff but I still learnt stuff.

    A old mate of mine had his licence suspended for 10 yrs because he kept driving whilst disqualified, He initially lost it for being booked a few times and lost his 12 points, if you dont need a licence and have lots of money to pay fines go for it but think of the long term consequences

    Car licences should be like the 250 rule for bikes, limited to 2 ltr na or under till they get of their P plates.

    Only a few hundred Ford GT HOs were made which is why they can claim a high price, more Holden GTS-GTRs were made so donot get near the Ford except for the A9X, There are a few good cars which will hold or go up but the number of vehicles made makes the difference between a investment or cheap bang for buck.     I doubt car prices for the cars (post 1980) will go up like the older cars like Ford GTs or Holden Torana GTRs, plus fuel will be a issue in 20 yrs. Maybe a ADM 32GTR will hold or go up but not much else, it needs history, JDM imports are just cheap fun cars.

    EVO, reason being that none of the EVOs at work are broken but some of the WRXs are, young guys with money will find weaknesses in things pretty quick.

    Why is it that when someone does something stupid and gets caught and ACA does there job, which is to sensationalise things, people complain about ACA and jump in to defend the IDIOTS of the world. This guy is why people get defects on there car or their friends killed. Im all for doing skids and having fun but FFS, Grow up people.

    Only did OP GP once and South once, Im kicking myself........ Im a noob but I feel your pain, that wall on the straight was WTF, and pointing my car at a tree in the distance to get through the flip flop was the funnest and freakiest thing Ive done in a car.
