  1. Poo tickets are to far away, I would end up face down on the floor if I was having drunk dump.
  2. Nah, I've used them on a few cars, but never my own, it only takes a few seconds to get into the boot. Plus trying to find enough space inside the small cab is a problem, well, it is a issue with a 1.5kg with a hose. No room in either footwell if you still want to sit in the car and not kick it all the time, nowhere in the rear, plus the rear would take longer to get it than the boot. Cars tend to burn slowly to start with, from my experience with burning cars anyway.
  3. It has been rattling around loose in the boot for ages. As long as I don't try and drive on the roof of a tunnel I should be fine. #BECAUSENOTRACECAR
  4. Some house paint and > Or, as others have stated, wet sand and polish. If that fails, see above
  5. Meh Happy wife, happy life It's not like you cannot do mad skids later My only concern is the large amounts of common sense being used, actually using money on something that doesn't just burn the money is weird....
  6. Put a RB in there OR If your in Sydney I'll give you $2k for it tomorrow. I need a project that takes all my money.
  7. Yeap, welcome to my.....um........have you seen my keys
  8. Go on, try and rememer
  9. Free beer you say, next time I'm peering in your bathroom window I'll knock on the window, or you can just leave a beer on the window sill. I'm waiting......
  10. My short cruise is from Liverpool to Robestson pie shop. A long cruise is to the Big Windmill at Coffs for schnitzel. Yes, food is always involved.
  11. Car mods, police and old guys. From my experience, I'm 54, you will not have any issues from the police if your car is safe, not too loud, not too low and your not being a dick. For when you get pulled over, and you eventually will, ensure your intake is boxed/covered, if you have a catch can it is plumbed back, BOV is plumbed back, and if your tune is super rich you clean the unburnt fuel and carbon off your rear bar. Nothing says pull me over more than the rear bar covered in unburnt fuel and carbon. The police are more interested is stupid young guys who blatantly flaunt the laws and cruise around creating a massive heat signature. Enjoy
  12. LOL That car was a love hate relationship. Spent more time broken than running if I recall. It triggered me and made my eye twitch when I saw it at the GTR festival at WSID this year. It did go good in a straight line, but not so good around corners, but that was more to do with the low grade nut behind the wheel.
  13. Memories of my old R33 GTST boat on a runway in Goulburn for the SAU nationals. I tried to find the results, times and speed, but to no avail. If I recall I was only a couple of kmph short of overall top speed, some shops R34, blue one?? beat me, it was the one that took the 4WD trophies anyway. I recall calling shenanigans on their speed IIRC. Their fasted run was a run they never did. Allegedly
  14. New happy fun slide price:Cost = 1 x 6 pack of Double Jacks
  15. I was going to say it's got to be Subaru, because my Toyota is a Subaru. Stupid boxer engines, it's either glass pistons or chalk rods.
  16. When you give me $60k to give to someone to do it for me. That should get me a new powertrain and drivetrain, installed and tuned (properly). Could I just go LS instead???? https://www.whichcar.com.au/features/6-litre-ls-swapped-toyota-86-street-car With you paying and all, I thought it would be polite to ask....
  17. Cold start actually sounds quiter. But way more bass, shit in the garage rattles. Once cold start is over its nice and deep with zero drone. Sounds really good when I'm wringing its neck. Happy days.
  18. As it's a common fact that I'm an idiot, and a consumer, so, in fact, I'm a idiot consumer, I purchased an Arc catback I saw on the gumtrees. New cost $1800ish (import monster), I paid some older gent $720 for it, it's hardly used so if it is too obnoxious it won't be hard to flip. Job for tomorrow arvo I believe.
  19. Post pics and keep us up with the build I've always had a soft spot for the VL, maybe because of its weight, or lack of when they have had some "added lightness" treatment.
  20. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/details/1998-nissan-skyline-gt-r-bcnr33-manual-4wd/SSE-AD-5470717/%3FCr%3D5&ved=2ahUKEwjVhbLDv5zlAhXEbn0KHVbMDCoQFjAGegQIBhAB&usg=AOvVaw1iZnzHfJzGfs5j8dYsTUvz Someone is always trying to sell it, obe owner actually thought he bought a GTR, I'm pretty sure he was much pissed off when he learnt it wasn't. It is a weapon, but it isn't a GTR.
  21. Drop in wrecker RB25DE ($1700? ISH, http://www.brisbanemotorimports.com.au/engines/petrol-engines/nissan/r34-rb25de-neo ) , then sell GT to buy GTT. It's not just the engine swap and parts required, it's rego, insurance, resale down the track, a stockish GT will be easy to sell to a P plater, a GT modified with a turbo removes the P plater option for sale, and, personally, I wouldn't buy it for fear of reliability issues and legalities. They make a turbo model, buying a GTT would be the sensible choice. Disclaimer: I turbo charged a Toyota 86, in saying that, there was no turbo option for rhe 86, the $10k that was used will never be recouped, and most insurance companies don't want to talk to me, and the ones that do want both my kidneys. Meh. It has been done though, alot of times, again, meh.
  22. 4 of them, plus some extra wheel nuts. Condition = used but threads are good Cost = 1 x 10 pack of Double Jacks Pick up at 2173 Holsworthy only
